Model: WBM-200 - Panel Type Conductivity Analyzer - Issue: WBM-200-0107-R0 Page 1 This conductivity monitor is suitable for use in a broad range of applications including ultra-pure water production, boiler systems and food processing plants. A wide range of features are integrated into the DIN sized case (96 x 96 x 200 mm). The design and construction of the Model WBM-200 are based on decades of continuous product development and field experience enabling this instrument to offer superior accuracy, performance and cost of ownership benefits. FEATURES Compact and lightweight design: Dimensions: 96x96x200mm, panel cut-out: 92x92 mm (DIN size) Superior accuracy: Highly accurate temperature compensation is achieved by using a precision resistor together with microprocessor calculations. Accuracy exceeds performance of analogue type instruments. Wide sample temperature range: Suitable for sample temperatures from –5 to +120 o C (See noe *1). Suitable for high temperature applications: Can be used for measurement during hot water sterilization processes for ultra-pure water. Dual sensor operation: Water quality at two locations, ratio between two measurement values and rejection rate can be displayed manually or automatically at 5-second intervals. Temperature indication: As well as conductivity, sample temperature can also be monitored at each location Cell constant adjustable: The cell constant can be easily adjusted from front keypad, enabling accurate measurement to be maintained. Two control points can be set: Control points corresponding to measurement value, ratio between two measurement values, rejection rate can be set up to two points. Alarm is displayed on front panel with voltage free contract output. Isolated 4~20mA DC dual output signals: Two isolated 4~20mA analog signals are available for connection to any external device. Simple and reliable connector type sensor is also available: The sensor does not have any loose wire connection. It is joined to the extension cable by a connector assembly. This eliminates potential wire breakdown problems and allows much easier mounting and wiring. HC Applications By combining with the sensor model A6-113(S), concentration and life of hydrofluoric acid solution can be controlled. Logarithmic Output Model WBM-200E provides a logarithmic output which covers three ranges. This conductivity monitor is suitable for use in a broad range ofapplications including ultra-pure water production, boiler systems andfood processing plants.
