Dye Penetrant Inspection

Dye Penetrant is an effective and relatively low-cost method for locating surface-braking defects in

non-porous materials. It is typically used to inspect non-ferrous metal, plastic or ceramic components.

We have a complete line of Penetrant service to meet your requirements. If your need is for a field

examination, we will dispatch technicians to your location to provide the right portable Penetrant Test.

We can provide either wet fluorescent liquid Penetrant inspection for greater sensitivity requirements,

or visible liquids& dye, and finally, A visible dye Penetrant test

MECHANICAL LAB

At Interface Technical inspection, our metallurgist and material technicians are able to provide

assistance in the selection of materials and testing methods for the requirements of industries

and projects. Testing involves tests method such as Tensile, Bend, Compression, Impact,

Hardness (Rockwell, Vickers & Brinell), Macro examination and Micro examination. The

laboratory has a dedicated workshop that prepares specimens that are required to be tested,

as per Codes &Standards (ASTM, BS).
