As the cooler November air stirs the dry leaves, many people are enjoying the beloved Season of Fall.

It’s the start to the hustle and bustle of the Holiday Season. November is also the month we celebrate National Family Care-

givers Month paying tribute to the more than 90 million Americans caring for their chronically ill or disabled loved ones. One of the most im-portant attributes of being an advocate for your loved one is the

willingness and the ability to speak up and keep your eyes on the ultimate goal of protecting their health and safety.

I have learnt over the past couple of month’s to be Grateful for small things, big things and everything in between. We have to learn how to count our blessings, not our problems. Let us go

into the holidays sharing our love one moment at a time. Happy Holidays,
