Gratitude – Tis’ the season! It is that time of year when we gather with our friends, families, and neighbors to reflect on the things for which we are grateful. The benefits of practicing grati-tude are nearly endless. People who regu-larly practice gratitude by taking time to notice and reflect upon the things for which they're thankful experience more positive emotions, feel more alive, sleep better, express more compassion and kindness, and even have stronger immune systems. Opening your eyes to more of the world around you can deeply enhance your gratitude practice. Make a game out of noticing new things each day.
