Spain is not the second most visited country in the world for nothing (the first is France). Spain's attractions are matchless. The Autonomous Community of Castile and León is located to the north west of Madrid, and has no coastline. It is the largest community in Spain, covering over 94,000 square kilometres, and with a 2005 population of two and a half million people. Castilla y Leon consists of 9 provinces, and they are Burgos, Avila, Salamanca, Leon, Zamora, Palencia, Soria, Valladolid, Segovia.
