Safety  File    

7.   Waste  carts  this  year  are  provided  by  the  organisers  for  GENERAL  RUBBISH  ONLY.    These  will  be  situated     within  the  hall  and  are  for  all  exhibitors.    Please  ensure  that  you  use  these  carts  for  build  up  and    breakdown.     On  breakdown  you  must  leave  your  floor  area  clear.  For  a  quotation  on  large  bulk  waste    removal  please     contact  us  the  organisers.      

 8.   Carpet  and  carpet  tape  for  all  space  only  stands  must  be  removed  by  either  your  stand  builder  or  by     ordering  this  service  through  the  onsite  cleaning  company.  Only  adhesive  tape  (e.g.  PE  or  PP)  may  be  used     and  when  removed  must  leave  no  residues.    9.   All  space  only  designs  must  complete  the  safety  file  along  with  the  appropriate  risk  assessment.  

 10.   All  stands  must  be  finished  on  the  back  wall  to  a  very  good  standard  and  no  graphics  are  allowed  on  the  back     wall  that  is  adjoined  to  another  stand.    11.   Certificates  for  the  materials  used  on  the  stands  maybe  be  requested  onsite  from  the  Hall  Manager  at  the     Svenska  Massan.    All  materials  must  be  compliant  with  EU  standards.  If  you  cannot  prove  or  provide  these                                   certifications  the  Hall  Manager  will  ask  you  to  change  your  building  materials  and  if  you  cannot  or  will  not     you  will  be  asked  to  stop  build  altogether.    

Build  up  times  &  Breakdown  times    Build  up              Friday  15th  September       0800  -­‐  2200      Saturday  16th  September     0800  -­‐  2200      Sunday  17th  September     0800  -­‐  2100    THESE  TIMES  MUST  BE  ADHERED  TO.    FOR  ANY  EXHIBITORS  THAT  EXCEED  THE  STATED  TIMES  AN  HOURLY  COST  WILL  BE  CHARGED.        Break  Down  Wednesday  20th  September       1600  -­‐  2400  Thursday  21st  September     0800  -­‐  1500    BUILD  UP  AND  BREAKDOWN  –  UNLOADING  &  LOADING    

All  vehicles  delivering  &  collecting  during  the  official  tenancy  period  must  have  pre-­‐booked  a  time  slot  at  least  5  days  in  advance.    Please  complete  the  time  slot  booking  form  CLICK  HERE  and  return  to  Steve  Andrews  or  contact  him  for  further  information.    Time  slots  are  issued  on  a  first  come-­‐first  served  basis  so  we  strongly  recommend  that  bookings  are  made  as  early  as  possible.  Failure  to  pre-­‐book  a  time  slot  will  result  in  delays  in  your  vehicle  being  unloaded/reloaded  and  extra  charges  being  applied.    Cars  using  level  2  of  the  Garda  Affarscentrum  car  park  do  not  need  to  book  a  time  slot.    You  and  your  stand  builder  must  sign  below  to  confirm  that  you  will  comply  and  not  exceed  the  dates  and  times  stated  and  you  agree  to  the  regulations  shown  on  pages  1,  2  &  3.    EXHIBITOR    SIGNATURE:....................................................................................................................................................    DATE:..................................................................................................................................................................................    STAND  BUILDER  SIGNATURE:............................................................................................................................................  

MANDATORY  REGULATIONS  FOR    ECOC  EXHIBITION  

 

• Svenska  Massan  are  providing  waste  carts  within  the  hall.    Any  exhibiting  company  leaving  any  waste  on  their  stand  on  breakdown  will  be  fined  after  the  event.    

• It  is  prohibited  to  leave  your  stand  construction  within  the  hall  after  the  event.    Please  contact  us  if  you  need  a  quotation  for  stand  removal.    

• Safety  Shoes  must  be  worn    

• If  working  above  2.5m's  you  should  secure  the  area  around  your  stand  and  all  stand  builders/  staff  in  the  area  should  wear  hard  hats    

• No  cutting  MDF/wood  panels  onsite    

• Dust  extractors  must  be  used  when  sanding  down  all  materials    

• All  space  only  back  walls  must  be  finished  off  to  a  high  standard  if  adjoined  to  a  neighbouring  stand    

• No  logo's/branding  overlooking  neighbouring  stands  is  allowed    

• No  photographing  is  allowed  of  other  peoples  stands,  if  you  are  caught  doing  this  you  will  be  escorted  out  of  the  exhibition    

• No  smoking  is  allowed  in  the  halls    

• All  space  only  stands  must  allow  300  millimetres  each  side  of  their  booth  if  they  have  neighbouring  booth's  this  includes  if  the  neighbour  is  a  shell  scheme  stands.
