Cancellation policyThe treatments you choose will be reser-ved specially for you. Appointments at The Spa are in high demand and we will endeavour to assign your appointment to another client should you need to cancel at short notice. However, if we are un-able to do so and you cancel less than 24 hours before the agreed appointment, a cancellation fee of 50 % will be charged. For non-attendance, we charge a 100 % cancellation fee.
Smoking Kindly note that the entire spa area is non-smoking.
Safety The maximum depth of the pool is 1.60 metres. We do not provide lifeguard ser-vices.Children may only use the pool under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Spa attireYou may arrive at The Spa wearing the bathrobe and The Chedi slippers from your room, or, if preferred, we can supply these to you upon arrival. For treatments, we will provide spa attire including a choice of spa underwear; alternatively, you may prefer to wear your own. Choo-se what is most comfortable for you. Our therapists will always use draping techniques to respect your privacy. Ap-propriate footwear is recommended for The Gym.
Valuables We provide a secure place for your per-sonal items in The Spa; however, we do not accept liability for loss or damage. We recommend valuables be stored in your hotel suite safe.
Health Please communicate health conditions such as high blood pressure, allergies, pregnancy and any other concerns you may have when making your appoint-ment. We do not recommend alcohol consumption before or directly after spa treatments or use of The Spa and Health Club facilities.
Children The minimum age for entry to The Spa, hydrotherapy and Health Club facilities is 16 years old. Children under 16 years old may use the hotel pool if they are accom-panied by a parent or guardian.
Arriving at The SpaIt is best to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment to enjoy the tranquillity and serenity of The Spa. A late arrival shor-tens the treatment time.

Hydrotherapy with saunas and steam bathsOur facilities encompass a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam room, sol-steam room, and hot and cold plunge pools for deep relaxation and well-being enhancement. Bathing suits are required throughout our unisex hydrotherapy areas. Large towels and infused water are provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide a menu service in this area.
