SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JAIME MALAG JR., of legal age, single, Filipino Citizen and with present residence and postal address located at Gueday, Besao, Mt. Province, do hereby NAME, APPOINT and CONSTITUTE my cousin, ALLEN D. BODKAEN, also of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen and with present residence and postal address located at Saytan, Pugo, La Union, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following special powers, to wit:

1. To use as collateral in securing a loan with the TRINIDAD-BASED AGAWA MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE that parcel of registered land located at Balili, La Trinidad, Benguet and covered by Transfer Certificate of Title [TCT] No. T-35033 of the records of the Registry of Deeds for the Province of Benguet, with the following descriptions, to wit:

A parcel of land [Lot 4-JJ, Psd-1-014953, being a portion of Lot 4 [LRC] Psd-261872] situated at Bragy. Tawang, Mun. of La Trinidad, Province of Benguet, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 4-II; on the SW., along line 2-3 by Lot 4-L; on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 4-KK; on the NE., along line 4-1 by Alley/Steps portion of Lot 4-FF, all of the subd. Plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan being S. 71 deg. 44 E., 1418.63 m. from Triangulation Sta. TRINIDAD, La Trinidad, Benguet, thence xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Containing an area of TWO HUNDRED SIXTEEN [216] SQUARE METERS, more or less.

2. To receive the proceeds of the said loan and if the same be in the form of check, to encash the same;

3. To sign and execute all necessary papers and/or documents needed thereto and to do all other acts in relation to the perfection of the foregoing powers.

HEREBY GVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in Fact full powers and authority to do all and every act necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I might do if personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do by virtue of these presents.
