Spa etiquetteWe are a place of peace and relaxation. Therefore we kindly ask you not to use cell phones or laptops throughout the whole spa area.

Your treatmentIn order to start with your treatment on time, we kindly ask you to appear at the spa reception 10 minutes beforehand.

Cancellation / delay24 hours before they start treatments can be cancelled for free. We ask for your understanding that we have to charge you 80% of the treatment price, if you cancel your appointment later than that or if you do not show up.

Allergies / complaints We kindly ask you to inform us beforehand about any allergies, symptoms, recent surgeries or pregnancy

What to keep in mind before certain treatments:• Body peeling: Prior to your peeling, you should not shave your skin. In case of a sunburn a

peeling is not recommended.• Facial care: Men should shave before facial care in order to ensure optimal application

PregnancyBody treatments and massages are not to be carried out before the 3rd month. However, we recommend to contact your physician anyway.

Children rules Our little ones are welcome in our spa. Children and young people under 16 years of age are only allowed to use the spa area when they are accompanied by an adult.We kindly ask parents and children to be considerate of our resting guests. It is not allowed to jump into the pool, running around and be noisy.The access to the sauna area is not permitted for children under 18 years. Please note that our employees do not assume any duty of supervision and that there are no lifeguards at the pool area. Parents are responsible for their children.

Hygiene/SaunaFor hygiene reasons showering before swimming and sauna is mandatory. Our sauna is a nude area. We ask you to keep that in mind.

Danger of slippingThe bathing and sauna areas are wet areas. Therefore, the floor may be slippery.
