Cancellation policyDay programmes must be paid for in full at the time of booking. This is non-refundable unless a cancellation or change of date is made 72 hours in advance. All treatments must be secured with a debit or credit card number at the time of booking. We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations with less than 72 hours and more than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge. Any cancellations or change of date received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost less any monies already paid. Group bookings of 8 or more will require a contract and a cancellation policy will be as stated as per the contracts terms and conditions not the cancellation policy that has been stated in the brochure. Special offers carry a separate cancellation policy which will be confirmed at the time of booking.

To ensure your preferred time and service is available we recommend booking in advance. All spa treatments will need to be guaranteed with a debit or credit card. Special offers and packages are strictly on a full pre-payment basis. Use of the leisure facilities is only included when purchasing treatments or packages over the value of £50 per person.

Arrival time We recommend that you arrive at Carden Park Spa reception at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. A late arrival may mean that the scheduled time is reduced or unable to be honoured. The cancellation policy will still apply.

Children’s treatments policy13 - 15 year olds can enjoy a spa experience with the Teen Pamper Spa Day as detailed in this brochure. Heat Experiences and Gym are not included for children. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Spa Etiquette

have specially designed treatments for expectant women, nursing mothers and cancer patients. Please allow our spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you.

Spa attireSwimwear is obligatory within the wet area. Upon arrival we will provide you with a robe, towel and slippers. You will have use of our lockers within the changing facilities. We request that for your own and others benefit you are warm and dry prior to relaxing in our relaxation lounge.

Spa etiquetteTo preserve the tranquillity of Carden Park Spa we request that all guests switch off their mobile phones. We request that guests keep noise to a minimum. Please be advised all valuables are left at their owners risk and Carden Park Spa will not be held responsible for any losses or damage.

HomecareTo continue your spa experience at home, most products used in our treatments are available at Carden Park Spa Reception.

Lost propertyAll lost property found on the premises should be handed in at Carden Park Spa Reception. Items will be stored for four months. If they are not collected within this time they will be donated to local charities. Liquids, under garments and hair brushes are kept for 24 hours only.
