SPA RECEPTIONSWelcome your attendees to Indaba Spa for an opportunity to network in a relaxed setting, while indulging in mini-services after a long day of meetings. Enjoy our luxurious lounge overlooking the 12th green on Copperhead Course or mingle in our beautiful spa garden and back patio area for a cocktail hour or any other type of event for your attendees to socialize. Our Group Coordinator will assist in creating a unique experience for your group.

RE-CHARGE STATIONS: Add chair massages and a universal electronics charging station during down time so attendees can re-energize while fueling the batteries to their favorite devices.

HANDSHAKE MAINTENANCE: Moisturizing paraffin treatments help prepare the hands for meeting and greeting throughout your meeting.

FITNESS MINUTE: Give your attendees a break with a stretch and energy breathing class so they can finish the day focused to maximize meeting time.

FITNESS FOCUSOur certified fitness instructors offer a variety of group exercise classes. All classes can be customized to suit your individual group’s needs. Additional options can be coordinated upon request.

SAMPLES OF GROUP EXERCISES

PILATES: A body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, muscle strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back.

AQUA AEROBICS: This is a full body workout in the pool. The use of water in water aerobics supports the body and reduces the risk of muscle or joint injury. The mitigation of gravity by flotation places less stress on the joints when stretching and can allow a greater range of motion. All participants are asked to wear comfortable swim suits.

CORE & STRENGTH: Toughen your abs with this fat burning workout. Learn to use your core through different modalities that will help to build functional strength and balance.

YOGA: Relax your mind, body and spirit with a morning or afternoon yoga session. This class consists of controlled breathing techniques, gentle stretching and smooth flowing moves to reduce stress and increase flexibility and balance.

CARDIO BLAST: A circuit training style workout that will keep your heart pumping. This class incorporates total body toning and kickboxing.

GUIDED RUN: Start your morning off with a guided walk or jog around the beautiful Innisbrook property.

ZUMBA: An exhilarating, easy to follow, calorie-burning, Latin-inspired dance. The combination of fast and slow dance rhythms allows for an aerobic fitness approach while toning and sculpting the muscles.

SPA BUYOUTSReserve the spa as your own private space to relax or meet, exclusively for your attendees. Guest will receive services and have access to the spa amenities including a eucalyptus steam room and whirlpool in the locker room areas and relaxation lounges overlooking the 12th Green on Copperhead Course. Complimentary fitness classes can also be arranged.
