Visit professional laboratory facilities and learn about current research from professional scientists.
Learn to conduct research with hands-on experiences.
Present your findings at the SCAS Annual Meeting, a professional science conference for researchers in Southern California.
Abstracts are published in the SCAS Annual Meeting Program
Compete to be a Student Delegate to the American Junior Academy of Science (AJAS) at the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) 2022 meeting in Philadelphia, PA.
Requirements • Submit an online application by June 30, 2021 at the SCAS RTP
website, http://scas.nhm.org/scasrtp/ • On acceptance into the RTP, pay a $50 Membership Fee to cover
SCAS Annual Meeting Registration Fee and RTP Insurance. • Attend 3 Saturday meetings during the academic year • Write a scientific paper on your research • Present your research at the SCAS Annual Meeting Poster Session on
May 6, 2022.
