According to a recent study, the Southeast Region of the

United States is the fastest growing market for craft beer.

A sponsorship of the Southern Brewers Conference will

provide your business with a unique opportunity to reach all

aspects of the craft beer industry in this booming market. At

SBC, your business will be exposed to on and off -premise

business owners and managers, over 50 allied trade

businesses, 60+ distribution companies from the South and

beyond, as well as many of the over 1100 craft breweries

currently producing in this geographic area.

In order to maximize the value of our respective sponsorship

levels, we have limited the number of sponsorship

opportunities available so your brand can stand out as a

unique supporter of the event. We know that the craft beer

industry is made up of businesses of all sizes, with that in

mind we have created a package to fit any budget. We look

A portion of the proceeds generated will benefit the 13

State Craft Brewer Guilds.

• Welcome Reception and Happy Hour - $7,000After all the attendees check in and get settled it’s time to mingle and of course enjoy beers. Delicious appetizers pro-vided, opportunity to speak for 5 minutes and welcome all attendees to the conference, 6pm-8pm Wednesday. Digital and printed signage in reception room, plus logo included on cocktail napkins. Logo inclusion on trade show floor en-trance banner, attendee guide and event website. (includes 6 passes)

• Thursday Welcome Breakfast - $5,000 Before the opening of the trade show, attendees are invited to enjoy a complimentary breakfast in the Music City Cen-ter’s Carl Dean Ballroom. Your business will provide breakfast

for all in attendance including your logo displayed prom-inently in the ballroom with digital scrolling slideshow on hanging screen with signage: “Welcome Breakfast Provided By...” as well as recognition in attendee guide, logo inclusion on trade show floor entrance banner and event website. • Attendee Welcome Bags - $5,000Make an impact by having your company logo on attendee bags that all paid attendees will receive upon check in. Your logo will be displayed on bags along with presenting spon-sor logo and event logo. Logo inclusion and recognition as sponsor on event website and in attendee guide. (includes 6 passes)

• Attendee Badges and Lanyards - $5,000 Your company logo will be represented on all attend-ee badges, alongside the presenting sponsor logos and event logo. Your company will have solo representation on lanyards. Badges/lanyards must be worn at all times during conference and all off site events, giving your company maxi-mum physical exposure. Logo inclusion on event website and attendee guide with recognition as sponsor (Includes 6 passes)

• Registration Area - $3,500 (2 Available)Every single person that attends the conference must visit this area, and is the first glance of the days ahead of them. Your support will be the first interaction with attendees. Reg-istration booths will include sponsor logo prominently and will remain up and running during entire conference. Logo inclusion on event website and attendee guide with recogni-tion as sponsor. (includes 4 passes)

• Eco Friendly Water Bottles - $3,500Included in all attendee welcome bags will be a reusable water bottle with your branding along with event logo. (includes 4 passes)

• Commemorative Glassware - $3,000 (1 SOLD, 1 available) All attendees will receive this glassware for tastings during all three days of the conference. Your logo featured along with event logo (Includes 4 passes)

• Seminar Room/ Hospitality Suite - $2,000 with $500 minimum food order (2 SOLD, 2 available)Opportunity to use room however you like Thursday 5:30pm-7pm (the trade show closes at 6pm and after parties do not start until 8pm). We will promote to all registered attendees.Your logo displayed on meter boards in front of seminar rooms during entire conference, as well as on screen in be-tween seminars. (Includes 4 passes)

• 10x10 Booth with Beer Tap - $1,800 (6 available)Your 10x10 booth will house your exhibit as well as a beer tap. Beer is served during all hours of the trade show from these 6 booths. Volunteers can be provided to assist in pouring beer. See trade show floor map for these specified booths. (Includes 2 passes)

• Friday Wrap Party - $7,000Sponsor the last official on-site event of SBC. The last edu-cational seminars end at 2:45pm Friday. The wrap party will be held on the trade show floor from 3pm-5pm providing appetizers and beer for all attendees. Your company’s logo on wrap party signage and trade show floor entrance banner throughout entire conference. Recognition in attendee guide and on event website as sponsor. We will promote the wrap party to all attendees. (Includes 6 passes)

• After Party Sponsor - $700Be an official Southern Brewers Conference After Party Spon-sor putting your brand out in front of all registered attend-ees. Your company will plan and execute the event and SBC will work with your team to market the event to attendees. Full page in SBC attendee guide will be devoted to After Party Agenda including each sponsor. 3 after parties avail-able to sponsor Wednesday earliest start time at 8:00pm. 3 parties per night availble to sponsor Thursday earliest start time at 7:30pm....Friday earliest start time 5:30pm
