Charlotte Place is a major landmark at the end of the Dorset Street and Brunswick Place. The office building creates a horseshoe which encloses the landscaped courtyard. The courtyard is orientated towards the Park for the afternoon and evening sun. Verticality is accentuated at the corner towers to create drama and height with elegance. At night the building towers are floodlit, with particular attention being focused on the uppermost eaves which are highlighted with up-lighters and strip lights.

Description

Charlotte Place is a nine storey L-shaped building designed in a modern contemporary style. The

main reception is in the centre of the building allowing easy sub-division of floors if required. The
