Please cancel and reschedule your appointment via the booking confirmation link you received. Casual contact: you must get tested for COVID-19 and only attend the appointment if a negative result is received. If you have any COVID-19 symptoms please do not attend your appointment. Get tested immediately and self-isolate until you receive a negative result. Please follow any advice you receive from NSW Health. What you must bring to your appointment Photo ID (such as Australian Driver Licence or NSW Photo Card or Passport) Medicare card (if you have one) Your appointment confirmation code (printed or digital) Tips: It is a good idea to wear short sleeves or loose clothing. You may be asked to wear a mask at the Vaccination Centre depending on the latest health advice. You may choose to bring your own, or one will be given to you when you arrive. Wet weather? Please consider bringing an umbrella with you. If possible please don’t bring children with you to your appointment. After you have received the vaccine, you will need to wait for 15-30 minutes before leaving the Centre. We recommend you bring a book or smartphone device to keep you entertained. Getting to your appointmentOn the day of your appointment, please arrive at your confirmed appointment time at the:

Please only join the queue at your confirmed appointment time.

The Centre is easily accessible by car or public transport.

DriveThe nearest car park to the South Western Sydney Vaccination Centre is at the corner of Brooks Street and Victoria Road at Glenquarie Town Centre.

BusBuses 870, 871 and 872 stop at Glenquarie Town Centre and make stops along Victoria Road, opposite the TAFE NSW Glenfield Campus.

TrainA shuttle bus service will run regularly from Railway Parade outside Glenfield Station to the Vaccination Centre at Glenquarie Town Centre.

Macquarie Fields Station is approximately 22 minutes’ walk from the Vaccination Centre.

Cultural Support and Interpreter ServicesAn interpreting service is available at the Vaccination Centre. If you require an interpreting service, please notify a member of staff when you arrive for your appointment.
