SOUTH SUDAN BOMA NATIONAL PARK & CULTURAL SAFARI - 8 Days, 7 Nights Migration in Boma National Park Highlights: From Juba to Boma National Park Headquarters it is a 3 days trip by 4x4 vehicle over a rough dirt road, or a 6 day roundtrip vehicle drive. As a result we fly visitors in and out of the park every 8 days during the dry season. Day 1: Arrival - Juba Juba International Airport Arrive on Kenya Airlines flight from Nairobi at 920am, gather your luggage and pass through customs and immigration. You will then meet our representative at the Exit. With some help with porters we will then walk you down the airport tarmac to a Yunshuji-12 IV STOL aircraft for your 1.5 hour flight to Nyat within Boma National Park. You will fly across Boma National Park enroute to Nyat where our tented safari camp is located. You arrive in time for lunch. A group finishing their safaris then boards the aircraft for the flight back to Juba. Days 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7: Boma National Park On safari in Boma National Park searching for wildlife by 4x4 vehicle and on foot. Some animals have been radio-collared and we will use these to find certain herds. There are traditional villages south of Nyat that will be visited on some days. All nights in our tented safari camp, with cot beds, full field kitchen with our chef who is famous for his fresh breads, ice makers, bottled water, dining areas, tables, chairs, latrines, laundry, daily maid service, battery chargers for your cameras, SAT phone, lanterns and enclosed safari showers. Supplies are trucked into the camp from Juba monthly. Day 8: The Yunshuji-12 IV aircraft will depart the Nyat airstrip about noon for a 1.5 hour flight back to Juba for your flight departure at 3:15 pm on Kenya Airlines back to Nairobi in time for your onward departure flight. SCHEDULED GUARANTEED SAFARI DATES (each safari date limited to 10 participants) The wet season is early April to late October making safaris by road impossible in or to Boma National Park. The roads become impassable due to mud. Migration in Boma National Park

PRICE: 8 day Safari - US$ 4,400 Per Person (Note: there is no additional cost if you want a tent for one person)

Package Includes:- All meals once you arrive in Nyat. (First meal lunch day 1 and last meal lunch day 8). Fresh

breads baked in camp. Chicken, fish, beef flown in every 8 days. Pancakes, eggs, juice. Our chef is trained to the tastes of European and North Americans. Ice chests packed with picnic lunches & cold drinks when you cannot get back to camp for lunch.

- all accommodations upon arrival in Nyat, a comfortable mobile tented camp- The tented mobile camp consists of individual tents with bed cot and sleeping pad, sheets & pillows, field kitchen with cook, tables, chairs, portable shower and latrine, ice chests of cold drinks, bottled water trucked in, ice makers, daily maid service, perishable foods flown in from Juba and charger for your camera battery. Satellite phone for urgent calls.

- Round trip flight in Yunshuji-12 IV aircraft between Juba and Nyat (you are limited to a total of 20 kilos of carry-on and luggage on this aircraft)

- Bottled water, coffee, tea, juice, ice tea- Cook in the field- Laundry (as long as there is no rain)- Camp manager and camp crew- Drivers- armed forest ranger guides- ground transport by 4x4- Introduction letter to obtain a visa (you need to low resolution scan in jpeg the photo page of

your passport for this)- $50 Photography permit (you need scan to us in low resolution jpeg the photo page of your

passport and two passport size photos for this) - $70 usd per day/person park fee - Taxes

Not Included:- Airfare to Juba - South Sudan Visa -$100 - Entry letter in place of a Visa for boarding the aircraft to Juba.- Liquor & sodas (there will be a mobile bar in camp -on our safari reservation form indicate

drink preferences and we will attempt to truck it into the camp ahead of your safari, given time and notice)

- Any health expenses for illness or accident including malaria prevention, yellow fever inoculation, hospitalization, doctor consultations, emergency evacuation costs. Check withyour health insurance if you are covered while travelling, if not we recommend you obtain health insurance while you are in South Sudan

- Any costs for delays caused by airlines, weather, political occurrences or aircraft. If the charter aircraft is delayed due to weather you should be prepared to pay for a hotel stay in Juba.

- Fuel surcharge - the safari price is based upon US$ 1.78 per litre of jet fuel. Any increase will be divided by the number of clients on the safari. Diesel for the vehicles used in the park is based upon US$ 1.43 per litre. The surcharge (if necessary) will be limited to a maximum of US$30 or less per client. All fuel is trucked overland to Juba from Mombasa on the Kenyan

coast (a 3000 kilometer trip one way) and there has been a steady, unpredictable, increase in cost.

VAT, wifi in the room, laundry, air conditioning and airport pick up & return at the Rainbow Hotel in Juba. Does not include liquor, sodas, bottled water or tips.US$325 per person (single or double) ask for a reduced rate if you are staying more than one night
