All above quoted rates are exclusive of an added 12.5% VAT and 10% Service Charge. Government taxes / VAT are subject to changes at any time, this may slightly affect future stay VAT. Advanced deposit required at reservation for the total amount of three nights per room booked. There is no charge for cancellations received 30 days prior arrival or before and relevant advanced deposit reimbursement will be made within 14 days. For cancellations or reductions to room reservations made after 30 days prior arrival date or in case of no show, 100% of the three nights deposit per room will be charged. A minimum of US$ 500 authorization per room will be made on the guest credit card at check-in for signature privilege or other late charges. This is renewable once the amount has been reached. Normal check-in time is 15:00. Early check-in on same day may be extended on requested, at management discretion and based on availability. Normal checkout time is 12:00 noon. Late checkout on same day is on requested and extended at management discretion based on availability. Late checkout may result on a late checkout charge. Baby cots, baby care equipment and roll-in beds are available based on availability and at an extra cost. Room rates are subject the changes and should be verified for any direct bookings.
