PRINCIPAL’S CORNER
In the aftermath of last week’s events in a Florida school, we all pause to think about and evaluate what is being done to keep our children/students safe.
Kings Schools has been a leader in school safety procedures over the past many years with safety plans, procedures, staff training, and practice drills. We have a strong relationship with area law enforcement and fire departments. We continue to review our practices and make improvements as needed.
Thank you for entrusting your most precious gift(s) to us each day. The safety of our students is our highest priority. If you have specific ques-tions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.

TRANSPORTATION REMINDER!
Changes to after-school transportation will not be made without a note turned in at the beginning of the day.
Phone calls and emails will not be accepted. This is a district-wide policy in
the elementary buildings. We do this for the safety of your children.
Another district policy is that students may not ride home on a bus different
than their usual bus. This is due to the number of students that ride each
bus. We have to guard against overcrowding.
Starry Knight Artists
Congratulations to our Starry Knight Artists for the month of February!

FOR FLYING KNIGHTS
Flying Knights needs YOU!
Please help our 3rd and 4th grade students (Mrs. Allen tracks 2nd grade) keep their hearts and
minds healthy and help them count laps as they run around the track during recess. We need a
LOT of volunteers to make this a success so feel free to share the link.
It only takes an hour of your time and is a fun thing to do with the kids!
