You can view and manage QuickSets via the following pages on the Management Interface (/M):•List of QuickSets page•Manage QuickSets page
If you prefer, you can add QuickSets to default profiles via the User Interface (/V).

Create New Set dialog box appears•Enter the name of the new QuickSet•Enter a description (optional)•Click OK to add the new QuickSet

Click the Order Sets link on the List of QuickSets page to display the Order Sets dialog box

Use the following actions to set the order of the items in the list:
•alphabetically sort the entire list in ascending order
•move the selected QuickSet to the top of the list
•move the selected QuickSet up one position
•move the selected QuickSet down one position
•move the selected QuickSet to the bottom of the list
Click OK to save your changes.

Update the Name and/or Description fields. Click OK to update the QuickSet.

•Select a portal from the Target Portal drop‐down list•Select a default profile from the Target Default Profile drop‐down list •Enter the name of the new QuickSet in the Target Set Name field•Click OK to copy the QuickSet to the specified target

In addition to viewing a QuickSet’s resources, the Manage QuickSets page allows administrators to assign resources to QuickSets, using the following methods:
•Add resources directly from the Results List dialog box•Add resources from the clipboard

Select a quickset to work on:
Click Find A Resource

Enter search criteria and click Go

Select the check boxes next to the resources that you want to add to the QuickSet. If you want to add all of them, click Select All.
