The system will ask which file to work with. Choose “No” to work with the original file.

Enter a report title and click on Sublib. Address and Patron Address to add to the report.

Click on the box at the beginning of the line to add that data to the report. The lines will move to thetop of the list.

Double click on the display column, to change display from No to Yes

Choose Author, Title, Material, Loan Date, Due Date

Highlight the line and clickbold for title and due date

Split or Grid

On Tab 1,we can choose to make section 2 a split rather than a grid.

Then click preview.

Rearrange the split format

We can re-align the split data to left and right sides.The default is left. So we tell the system which lines we would like to have appear left or right.

Saving the file

When you are done modifying the file, click OK. A message will appear to let you know you are modifying the file on the server. When you answer OK, the system saves the file on the server.

Making changes to text

In order to make changes to text, you must leave the XSL Creator and edit your files.

Any changes you make will be local and temporary. They will remain in effect only untilthe file is changed on the server.

To access your file

To open your XSL file, go to:

C:\AL500\ALEPHCOM\files\TST50\PrintTemplates\eng

Use your library 3 letter code here
