These are the Hensel Phelps and Turner-Kiewit Joint Procurement Items
Each scope will bid using the HP/TK Joint Bid Form provided in Addenda 1
(released 6/17)
Will need to provide a bid bond for the HP portion of the work. No bid bond
required for TK
Basis of Award will the lowest Total Bid for APM/ITF/PDL. Awarded to one
contractor but under two separate contracts (one with HP and one with TK)
Separate Minority participation requirements. APM will require MWBE/LDB
participation. ITF/PDL will require DBE.
Must be prequalified with both HP and TK to bid. Must have SOQ submitted
by 7/24 to be approved by bid date.
