A large diversity of learning environments allows users access the repositories to design and develop academic content in online courses.
Nowadays a large number of universities are producing their courses in terms of learning objects and saving these objects in their own repositories
Learning objects are considered as educational resources that can be employed in technology support learning. They are a digital pieces of knowledge to put together in order to form courses on line.

A$.;,)4##1. A major evolution of instructional design for a massive
production of multicultural learning objects is necessary. 2. It lacks of specification techniques enable to support the
cultural context, the educative content and the user task of a MLO.
3. It is necessary different abstractions at design level to deal with the complexity for developing virtual learning environment using multicultural content.
4. A course with multicultural learning objects requires a large number of graphical resources then it is necessary to mechanisms for an easy maintenance and easy to use.
5. Multicultural learning objects need to be portable and reusable across multiple platforms including mobile devices and portable game consoles.
6. It is necessary identify some new criteria to evaluate the quality of virtual learning environment using multicultural learning objects
