The main objective in the design of this library was to create a calm place while practically using all available areas in the plan where people could access to whatever it is required in an educational and cultural center in a neighborhood. The site is placed in a central part of my city- Mashhad, Iran; it is tried to design this educational and cultural center in such way that it could gain from sunlight during daytime, therefore several windows considered in the southern part of the building where study hall would be; Since the center is quite close to a very crowded street, it is tried to place Since the center is quite close to a very crowded street, it is tried to place unimportant facilities closer to that part of the building like stairs, theater, etc.

This unique Memorial to Diana, Princess of Wales was opened by Her Majesty The Queen on 6th July 2004.

There is a belief in Iran about Dandelion, this belief is saying that a grown-up Dandelion flower is a symbol of freedom and light-ness; also the name in Persian, Qasedak , means “small messen-ger” which shows how Iranian people think about this flower. It is believed that if you find one big grown Dandelion flower and tell it your wish, your message or whatever you want, each seed will fly all over the world in order to find what you asked them and unless they fulfill what you wish for, they are not going to stop wandering they fulfill what you wish for, they are not going to stop wandering around. It is also believed that next time that you will find a full grown single Dandelion seed flying toward you, you may achieve to your wish, while it destined to bring you luck and happiness too. Dande lion in Iranian culture is quite similar to finding a four leaf clover.
Due to aforementioned information about Dandelion which consisted of: first, since people believe that Dandelion flower and Dandelion seeds bring luck and fortune; second, consideration of Dandelion in Medicine;I get to the conclusion that it could be a good idea to use such flower in a place which people area mostly looking for hope and good signs; meaning ifa person see a Dandelion before entering to a hospital they might be feeling better a a person see a Dandelion before entering to a hospital they might be feeling better a more optimistic, this feeling quite be so powerful that influence on the result that they ought to take.The person, who hanged out to one of the Dandelion’s seed, is a person who achieved to his dream and his wish become true, so he grab himself to that wish and will stay happy.

To introduce sustainability in urban design, either in furniture or in other elements is a step toward a green-city and more environ-mental friendly city. To use all available renewable energy in a city such as solar energy, wind energy, wave energy, etc. would help a city to produce more rather than consume more aiming to have the least impact on its surroundings.The consideration of sus-tainable design could be suggested in designing as an example a bus stop (train stations, mono-rail stations, tram station, etc.): a. Convert the brake force of the bus to electricity; b. Converting the force of bus weight to electricity; c. Conversion of the side winds of bus to electricity.
