Purpose :

This transaction is used for creation of Internal Order. Internal Order acts as a Cost Object. All costs are accumulated into this. These costs are tracked as P & L items during the months. The costs are settled into AUC – Assets under construction during the monthly closing process. On Settlement , the cost moves from the P & L item to Balance Sheet items. The costs is shown as AUC on the face of the Balance sheet.
