We organize regular shipments of maritime cargoes via Baltic ports from and to any country of that region, where the movement of container flow is clearly seen. Sonora has established close co-operation with nine shipping lines, and that allows finding better solutions of sea transportation (20’DC, 40’DC, 40’HC, 45’’, OPEN TOP, FLAT TRACK) for every client – offering lower prices, better routes, and better time of transportation. Membership in PFI and WPA organizations provides SONORA an opportunity to make sea shipments (door-to-door) from any point to anywhere in the world .

Sonora Trucking department has been highly appreciated winning recognition and confidence by our clients. We offer transportation of cargoes by highways from any place of Europe, Baltic Region, and CIS countries to any place of destination. Our experts can estimate the fastest and the most effective and advantageous land route for a client – ferry services inclusive. We can organize either separate or combined transportation of cargo (grouppage), and this factor gives a respective advantage to your business. Trucking department also specializes in planning of cost-effectiveness in export cargo transportation for many clients – house-to-house delivery. We also provide unloading and separating of various cargoes.

One of the most developed branches of our activity is transportation of cargoes by railroads. We have got enough experience in transportation of out-of-gauge cargoes – such as yachts, power-boars and launches, specialized equipment, engineering and technical constructions of various configurations and design – on the territories of EC and CIS countries

SONORA offer you a modern open-type custom’s warehouse, where one can organize transportation and storage of cargoes as well as carry out custom’s procedures. We maintain constant temperature at +15/17 °C, and that allows using the storage all round the year. To meet the necessities of clients the warehouse is rising special sanitary requirements. Terminal Our terminal offers receipt and dispatch of cargoes by rail and by trucks in containers. Such approach gives shipments a high degree of functionality. The terminal has obtained a license giving the right to store and to handle cargoes, so, the activity of the terminal is put upon the track of specialization.

At the moment “Terminal” offers area of 17000m2 in custom control, 4600m2 of which is closed warehouses and space for the consolidation of European goods. There is also railway branch in territory of the warehouse; it can operate 6 wagons simultaneously. For loading or unloading goods there are auto hoisting engines. Warehouses are equipped with machinery of loading and unloading goods that can operate 5 trucks simultaneously. “Terminal” is located on the territory of Riga Freeport therefore can provide efficient service also for sea-transported cargos
