Company Terms & Conditions:

The Unit Holders will need to undertake the offer for sale of SONI-SMARTBIZZ

MKTG. PVT. LTD

Products in accordance with the following terms & conditions

Definitions:

SSMPL shall mean Soni-Smartbizz Marketing Pvt Ltd a companyregistered under the Companies Act, 1956 having its registered office at 415-

SAFFRON COMPLEX, FATEHGUNJ, VADODARA.

Under Signee mean a person or company or partnership firm orproprietorship firm or limited liability partnership firm or any other business

entity that is authorised to sign the present.

Pay Out means the payment made by SSMPL to under signee as per theterm and condition of the present.

Except what is defined hereunder interpretation of the all the basic terms,legal terms & terminologies shall be done as per the definition given firstly in

the Blacks Law Dictionary and if the definition of the term is not mentioned

in the Blacks Law Dictionary with the Oxford English Dictionary.

Business Terms:

The SSMPL will retain 12% margin on sales of 99.99% (24 carat)Gold Coin atBank rate of 10 gm gold coin.

Gold will be purchased by SSMPL. Person opted for Gold Discount option should purchase gold within 9th

closing & the Re-Entry Fees also deducted from his/her 9th payout as

Condition No.2(a) Above.

Person opted for Option III is not entitled for non-working slab of the postachieved by him/her.

SSMPL do not accept any amount by cheque or cash. For any type ofinsurance product SSMPL accept amount by Demand Draft (D.D ) in favor of

'INSURANCE COMPANY NAME. In case of other product SSMPL will accept

D.D only in favor of SONI-SMARTBIZZ MARKETING PVT. LTD.'.

SSMPL will give ALL PAYOUT on every fort-nightly of date 1st to 15th closingdate is 20th of every month and for 16th to 31st 2nd cycle closing will be on

5th of every month. Insurance product payout will be release AFTER THE

FREE - LOOK / COOLING PERIOD OF THE INSURANCE POLICY.

10% TDS (PAN CARD HOLDERS) & 20% TDS ( NO PAN-CARD HOLDERS) willbe deducted from every payouts or as per the laws applicable in India

amended from time to time.

10% will be reserved from every payout as 'WEBSITE RENEWAL' OR'INSURANCE RENEWAL PREMIUM' OR GOLD RE-PURCHASEOR 'GOLD-

PURCHASE ' OR 'GROCERY RE-PURCHASE' VOUCHERS. When the Premium

Voucher amount total matches the Policy Premium amount then SSMPL will

issue a Demand Draft for the same amount as next year Policy Premium in

favor of Unit Holders 'INSURANCE SSMPL NAME

10% Administration charges shall be deducted from every payout. After deducting 10% TDS, 10% Policy Premium Voucher & 10%

Administrator charges if unit holders' If any gross payouts will be more then

Rs.24000/- then SSMPL will deduct Rs. 6000 as repurchase unit & SSMPL

will give one more unit in the name of the same unit holder under unit

holders genealogy. All re-joining entry will be sponsored under SONI-

SMARTBIZZ MKTG. PVT. LTD.
