Lesson Eighteen

Song of Solomon 8:8-9

*It could be the Shulamite including herself in with a larger group

*It could be those daughters of Jerusalem who have figured in to this conversation or two or three chapters now or

*It could be the Shulamite’s brothers who had forced her to work the vineyards earlier in the account

A. The Gentile church

B. The Catholic church

C. The Laodicean church

*What we see here is a “Philadelphia heart” in the midst of a Laodicean age.  

*Jesus’ letter offers her hope.  

 

*Because there is hope, even in the middle of the Laodicean age, we have work to do!
