Ecovista Consult is multidisciplinary outfit which offers technical and advisory services to clients
with a focus on Planning, Engineering & Environmental Sustainability. We understand the

Our Principal – TPL Seyi Olukemi MNITP, has a comprehensive knowledge of, and first-hand
experience in Urban Planning, Transport Engineering and Environmental Management. With
almost a decade of professional practice, Seyi has established an extensive network across
various MDAs and also the private sector within the Country guaranteeing an excellent working
relationship. Seyi is extremely competent in engaging project sponsors and stakeholders to
address land use/transportation/ environmental planning activities.

Ecovista Consult draws from the wealth of experience garnered by the Principal Partner - TPL
Seyi Olukemi and the team members. During her stint with Cityscape Planning Services Ltd -
one of the foremost Town Planning and Environmental Consultancy firm in the Country, TPL
Seyi managed several ground breaking projects cutting across Development Plans, Layout
Schemes, Transportation Studies, Environmental Impact Studies for various developments
across the country.
TPL. Seyi was an integral part of the team that prepared the Master Plan for Ikorodu Sub-Region
in Lagos State. She was also an integral part of the team that developed the Masterplan for
Northwest Quadrant of Lekki Free Zone, Lagos State among many other projects.
