RE/MAX Leading Edge is pleased to announce that median property prices in all 12 of their market towns in and around Boston, crested the previous high water mark of 2005, as of data provided as of January 2014 through MLS. The acknowledged low price point after the housing crash that started in 2008 was March 2009, which we have highlighted here to demonstrate how far prices have rebounded for properties since the bottom of the market.
