Kuwalinda Mujahideen na kusimama nao pamoja Mtume wa Allah (saaws) amesema: “Yeyote atakaye ilinda heshima na jina la ndugu yake, Allah ataulinda uso wake kutokana na moto wa Jahannam Siku ya Malipo” (imepokewa na al Tirmithi) Pia Mtume (saaws) akasema: “Mtu yeyote atakae msaliti Muislamu ambaye heshima yake itaharibiwa na jina lake kuchafuliwa, Allah atamsaliti wakati atakuwa na haja ya usaidizi. Na yeyote atakaye mlinda na kumnusuru Muislamu mwenye kuvunjiwa heshima yake na jina lake kuharibiwa, Allah atamsaidia wakati atahitajia msaada” (imepokewa na Abu Dawud) Kwa hivyo ni jukumu letu la Uislamu kuwasimamia wanaotutetea sisi pamoja na Uislamu. Kwa kawaida, ni lazima tujiepushe na kuwapiga vita ndugu zetu, ima kwa maneno au vitendo, khasa waliotoa maisha yao kwa ajili ya Uislamu na pia tusishiri-kiane, ima kwa maneno au vitendo, na makafiri ambao ni maadui wa Allah subhanahu wa ta’aala. Na ikiwa mtu hawezi kuzungumza ukweli basi ni bora kwake kunyamaza kimya.

Kupiga Vita Uongo wa Khabari za Magharibi

Fikra za Waislamu wengi zinaambat-ana na khabari za Magharibi. Allah amesema: “Enyi mlioamini, ikiwa atawajieni mtu muasi (faasiq) na khabari, zichunguzeni, huenda mukadhuru watu bila ya kujua, na kisha mukawa, kwa mliyoyatenda, wenye kujuta” (49:6) Je ikiwa khabari zenyewe zatoka kwa makafiri na si faasiq?! Hatari ya khabari za magharibi ni kuwa zinachipuka kutokana na vazi la haki na malengo lakini ukweli khasa ni kwamba ni mdomo unaotangaza malengo ya shetani. Je huoni kuwa khabari za kimagharibi daima wanajaribu kufanya mauaji makubwa waliyoyafanya wenyewe kuwa ni mambo sahali ama mauaji madogo yaliyofanywa na Waislamu kuyafanya ni makubwa na yamepindukia mpaka? Huoni kuwa wanakhabari wa kimagharibi walivyofaulu kuwafanya wapenzi wa Allah wanaopigana katika Njia Yake, kuwa ni wafuasi wa maovu, na kumfanya fir’aun wa zama zetu pamoja na majeshi yake kuwa ndiyo jeshi la wema? Wanakhabari wa Magharibi ni wataalamu katika kuhadaa mpaka uongo wao unaenea wengi katika Waislamu. Ukweli ni kwamba hizi khabari zinawatia doa mujahideen, kueneza uongo kuwahusu, wanafanya makubwa

makosa madogo ya mujahideen, wanajaribu kutia mbegu ya chuki baina yao, wanajaribu kuwatia dosari viongozi wao, na kutowajali ama kutusi wasomi wa haki, ama katika upande wa pili, inawatukuza na kuwainua wasomi waovu. Kwa hiyo ndugu zangumoja katika jukumu lenu ni kuwaelezea Waislamu, kuwafahamisha kuhusu hili jambo. Uwatilie bidii wawe waangalifu na wachunguzi wa khabari za maghar-ibi. Muislamu asiamini khabari zaMagharibi mpaka zithibitishwe na khabari za Waislamu wakweli. Nasema “Waislamu wakweli” kwa sababu aya ilikuwa inatuonya kukubali khabari za Muislamu faasiq. Na haimaanishi kuwatusiamini khabari zozote za Magharibi hata za hali ya anga! La, tunachosema ni kuwa usiamini wanachosema kuhusu Uislamu na Waislamu. Kituo cha Khabari ambacho huenda kikawa chenye malengo na ukweli yaweza kuwa ni wazushi wanapozungumzia khabari za Waislamu. Hivyo ndivyo makafiri wamekuwa wakikaa na Waislamu tangu zama za historia… na hamna sababu yoyote kuonesha kuwa hilo huenda likabadilika.

Historia iko wazi inapozungumzia kuhusiana na ubeberu wa uinge-reza wakati wa ukoloni, maafa na dhulma mbali mbali zilitokea na kudhihirsha uadui wao kwa wa-nadamu. Sura yao hii leo ya ubin-adamu na watetezi wakuu wa ‘haki za kibinadamu’, imetandwa na kivuli cha dhulma na ukoloni wa kima-bavu hasa kwa waislamu. Harakati za uingereza katika kupiga vita uislamu zimetandaa kote ulimwenguni, na wala sio katika nyakati hizi zetu za sasa…bali tangu wakati walipopeana ardhi tukufu ya falestine kwa maya-hudi. Imekuwa kama tabiya ya uengereza ya kunyakuwa ardhi za waislamu na baadaye kuzipeana kwa maadui wa waislamu. Yote hii imetokana na waislamu kuachana na jukumu lao la kupigana Jihad, wakaingiliana mikataba na maka�ri na baadaye kusalitiwa, haya yalitokea tangu Falestine, Afghanistan na hata huku kwetu Pwani Afrika Mashariki. Yote yaliianza mwaka wa 1895 wakati serikali ya uiengereza ilipo pewa ukanda wa maili 10 ya pwani kutoka kwa masultani wa zanzibari “Hao ndio walio nunua uhai wa dunia kwa (uhai wa) Akhera; kwa hivyo hawatapunguziwa wala hawatanusuriwa.”(Al-Baqara:86) Mataghuti hawa wa Zanzibari wakaingiana na mkataba na waenge-reza, miongoni mwa kidokezi cha mkataba ni: Uengereza haitahu-kumu sehemu ya pwani kwa sheria ya kikristo ILLA KAMA KENYA ITAPATA ‘UHURU’ WAKE ama KAMA WATATOWA IDHINI (ya kubadilisha mfumo wa dini hapo pwani) KWA

MUDA WA MIEZI SITA.Subhanallah kwa ufupi maneno haya yanasema “tutawapa watu fursa ya kuhukumu kwa dini ya Uislamu, lakini tutakapoamua kupeana nchi kwa Kenya au tukiwapa idhini ya miezi sita basi tunaweza kubadilisha hukumu ikawa ya kikristo”. Na wakaifanya dini kama mchezo wa karata, visultani vya Zanzibari vikauza dini na waengereza kuendelea na msafara wake wa ukoloni.Mwaka wa 1962/63 katika mkutano wa Lancaster, ambao uliandaliwa na kudhaminiwa na uengereza, waliku-tana ili kuandika katiba mpya ya Kenya na kuamuwa kuwa pwani itakuwa chini ya serikali ya Kenya.Maelezo haya hayalengi upande wa majimbo au �kra za kujitenga kwa ajili ya upwani, la hasha! Bali tuna-jaribu kumuonesha msomaji namna uislamu ulivyochezewa na kudhalil-ishwa pamoja na kudharauliwa. Uingereza ikiwa ndio miongoni mwa nchi zinazo jiweka mbele katika kuvu-ruga matamanio yeyote ya kuweko kwa imara au dola ya kiislamu. Kwani wao ndio walio kuwa kisababu kikubwa cha kusambaratika kwa dola ya kiislamu ya uthmania, kupeana ardhi tukufu ya Falestine kwa maya-hudi, kuuza sehemu ya waislamu ya huku pwani kwa maka�ri wa Kenya na hii leo tunaona marudio ya mchezo wao katika juhudi zao za kutaka kuvunja Imara ya Kiislamu ya Somalia.Al-Shabab (Allah Awathibitishe kwa hakki) wamekuwa wakifanya juhudi kubwa ya kuona ya kuwa uislamu ndio dini itakayo hukumu nchini

Somalia, waliamua kuwa jihad ndio itakayo kuwa suluhisho la kuondosha dhulma za maka�ri. Kwa uwezo wa Allah wamefaulu na kuonesha Ulim-wengu yakuwa uislamu ndilo suluhisho la mwanadamu amani, utulivu, adala iliweza kupatikana Somalia baada ya zaidi ya miaka 20 ya udhalilifu. Ndio maana tunaona hii leo namna maka�ri walivyoungana dhidi ya Al-Shabaab. Maka�ri wana-kerwa kwa kuweko kwa mfumo wa sheria ya Kiislamu Somalia ndipo kupitia kwa Murtad Sharif wakaone-lea kuungana ili kupiga vita Imara ya kiislamu Somalia. AMISOM, WAITHO-PIA na sasa Milishia wa KDF wamea-mua kuuingia ndani ya Somalia ili kuvuruga mfumo huo wa kiislamu.Walipoona yakuwa uadui wao ume-sambaratika, na kupata khasara kubwa, wakaanza kuungana na serikali za kimagharibi ili kuongeza juhudi zao za kika�ri za kutaka kuan-gusha uislamu “Wanataka kuizima nuru ya Mwenyezi Mungu kwa vinywa vyao. Na Mwenyezi Mungu atakamilisha nuru yake ijapo kuwa maka�ri watachukia” (61:8) . Na miongoni mwa maka�ri waliojitolea kupiga vita waislamu ni Uengereza, ambao wameamua kutumia mfumo ule ule waliotumia zaidi ya miaka 48 iliopita. Mkutano wa ‘London Conference on Somalia’ (Mkutano wa uengereza juu ya Somalia) umedhaminiwa na uinge-reza ili kutafuta namna watakavy-oweza kuondosha Imara ya Kiislamu Somalia, wakishirikiana na Milisha Wa kenya pamoja na maka�ri wa nchi zengine hapa Afrika na Ulimwenguni.

la kushangaza ni kuwa utakapoangalia wakati mkutano ulipofanyika na matokeo ya KIBIASHARA yanayoen-delea sehemu za Somalia na Kenya basi utafahamu kuwa kuna lengo lilofichika. Masiku machache kabla ya kuanza uvamizi wao, Kenya ilipeana kandarasi kwa kampuni ya Total kuanza kuchimba mafuta ufuoni mwa bahari baadaye tunaona kampuni za uingereza na America zikipewa kandarasi za kuchimba mafuta Punt-land, isitoshe hivi majuzi tunaona rais wa Kenya,Ethiopia na Sudan Kusini wakishirikiana katika kujenga bandari kubwa zaidi Afrika hapo Lamu. Ni maskitiko kuwa haraka na ‘huzuni’ zote bandia zilizooneshwa na ulimwengu zilikuwa zikilenga kujenga uchumi wao na wala sio kusaidia Somalia…kwani tayari Somalia ilikuwa na Amani na ikiishi chini ya bendera ya Uislamu. Lakini makafiri kama kawaida yao waliona kuwa hii ndio itakuwa fursa ya kuisambaratisha na kufuruga matamanio ya kuweko kwa dawla ya kiislamu Soma-lia.

kwa hivyo waislamu ni lazima waamke wajue malengo yao na wajua hadhi na uzito wa dini yao, tusiwe ni wenye kuchezewa na kudharauliwa. ikawa kenya itakuwa israili ya Afrika na Somalia kufanywa Palestine ya Afrika...na waislamu waketi kando wakiangalia huku makafiri wanaendelea kujifaidisha. Tujifunze na histo-ria ili tusiwe ni wenye kuumia sehemu moja kwa mara nyengine.

Hii ni dini ya Allah(S.W), ni lazima kuitetea na kuiinua juu. kwa hivyo ni muhimu kila muislamu ajiulize pale alipo, uko na makafiri dhidi ya waislamu au uko na Uislamu dhidi ya dhulma za makafiri...

Mtume wa Mwenyezi Mungu (Swalla Llaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) amesema:“Hajeruhiwi mtu (anapopigana Jihaad) katika njia ya Mwenyezi Mungu, na Mwenyezi Mungu anamuelewa kila anayejeruhiwa katika njia ya Mwenyezi Mungu, isipokuwa atakuja siku ya kiama huku jeraha lake likiwa linamwaga damu, na rangi ni rangi ya damu lakini harufu ni harufu ya

miski.”Amesema Muhammad bin Ibraahiym katika Hadiyth ndefu yenye shairi refu ndani yake kuwa:“Kisha nikakutana na al-Fudhayl bin ‘Iyaadh akanambia:“Wewe ni katika wanaoandika Hadiyth?”Nikamwambia; “Ndiyo’. Akaniambia; “Basi iandike Hadiyth hii (kama) ujira wako kwa kutuletea kitabu cha Abi Abdir-Rahmaan. Kisha al-Fudhayl bin ‘Iyaadh akaanza kunihadithia yafuatayo:“Amenihadiithia Mansuur bin Al-Muatamir, kutoka kwa Abu Swaalih, kutoka kwa Abu Hurayrah (Radhiya Llaahu ‘anhu) kuwa mtu mmoja alimwambia Mtume wa Mwenyezi Mungu (Swalla Llaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam); “Ewe Mtume wa Mwenyezi Mungu nifundishe jambo nitakalopata ndani yake thawabu ya mpigana Jihaad katika njia ya Mwenyezi Mungu.”Akasema:“Unaweza uwe unaswali (moja kwa moja) bila kuchoka, na ufunge (moja kwa moja) bila kula chakula?”Akasema:“Ewe Mtume wa Mwenyezi Mungu mimi ni dhaifu nisiyeweza kufanya yote hayo.”Kisha Mtume wa Mwenyezi Mungu (Swalla Llaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) akamwambia:“Basi naapa kwa yule ambaye nafsi yangu imo mikononi mwake, lau kama utafanya yote hayo basi (bado) hutouifikia (daraja) ya mpigana Jihaad katika njia ya Mwenyezi Mungu.Hujaelewa bado kuwa Mpigana Jihaad anapokuwa juu ya farasi (akiwa amekaa tu juu yake) huku amezishika hatamu anaandikiwa thawabu?.”

Na Mtume wa Mwenyezi Mungu (Swalla Llaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) aliwahi kuwaambia Maswahaba wake:“Walipofariki ndugu zenu katika vita vya Uhud, Mwenyezi Mungu alizijaalia roho zao ndani ya mwili wa ndege wa kijani wanaiendea mito ya Peponi na wanakula katika matunda yake na wanakaa katika tundu za dhahabu zilizotundikwa katika kivuli cha Arshi. Walipoona ladha nzuri ya vyakula vyao na vinywaji vyao na makazi yao wakasema:“Nani atakayewajulisha ndugu zetu (waliopo duniani) juu yetu kuwa tuko hai Peponi tunaruzukiwa, ili wasije kufanya ulegevu katika Jihaad?” Mwenyezi Mungu Akasema: “Mimi nitawajulisha juu yenu.” Ndipo Alipoteremsha kauli Yake:“Wala kabisa usiwadhanie waliouliwa katika Njia ya Mwenyezi Mungu kuwa ni maiti. Bali hao ni wahai, wanaruzukiwa kwa Mola wao

Mlezi. Wanafurahia aliyo wapa Mwenyezi Mungu kwa fadhila Yake, na wanawashangilia wale ambao bado hawajajiunga nao, walio nyuma yao, ya kwamba haitakuwa khofu juu yao wala hawatahuzunika.Wanashangilia neema na fadhila za Mwenyezi Mungu, na ya

kwamba Mwenyezi Mungu Hapotezi ujira wa Waumini.”Aal-‘Imraan: 169-171

Baada ya mkataba (wa al-Hudaibiyyah) kufanyika, kulikuwa na mtu kwa jina la Abu Baseer aliyetoka katika kabila la Thaqeef. Na watu wa Thaqeef wametoka sehemu gani? Wametoka sehemu ya at-Taif, lakini yeye alikuwa ameungana na Banu Dhuhra na kabila hili ni miongoni mwa ukoo wa maquraysh Makkah. Abu Baseer alikuwa Muislamu; alitoroka kutoka kwa Mushrikeen (wa makkah) na kuelekea Madinah. Baada ya siku tatu, watu wawili walikuja kutaka arudishwe. Mmoja wao alitoka kwa Banu ‘Aamir bin Lughayb, miongoni mwa makabila ya Quraysh na wapili alikuwa ni kijakazi kwa jina Kauthar, aliyekuwa akimuelekeza njia. Walikuwa na barua waliompelekea Mtume (sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam), ‘Ubay ibn Ka’ab aliisoma hiyo barua yakuwa kuna mkataba baina yetu na ni lazima mumrudishe huyu mtu (Abu Basir) kwetu. Mtume (sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam) akamueleza Abu Baseer. “Ni lazima urudi”. Abu Baseer akasema, “Ewe Mtume wa Allah, Je utanirudisha kwa makafiri kunitahini katika dini yangu?” Mtume (sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam) akamwambia Abu Baseer, “Tuna mkataba na hawa watu na haitakuwa sawa kuuvunja”. Kusaliti au Kuvunja mikataba haikubaliwi katika dini. Mtume (sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam) hakufanya haya kwa ajili ya makafiri; wala kuwaridhisha, bali alikubaliana na mkataba huo kwa-sababu ni katika sheria ya kiislamu (kuhifadhi mikataba)

Hata kama jambo hili lilihusiana na makafiri, sharia na tabia ya muislamu ni kuwa havunji mikataba. Kwahivyo Mtume (sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam) amwambia Abu Baseer, “Hatuwezi fanya Usaliti katika hii dini,” kumaani-sha, imekatazwa katika hii dini. Kwahivyo tunaona yakuwa muislamu ni lazima afuate sharia ya Allah ‘Azza wa Jall katika uhusiano wake na waislamu na hata makafiri. Tunafuata sharia ya Allah katika killa tunachokifanya. Na Mtume (sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam) alimueleza Abu Baseer kama alivyomueleza Abu Jandal, “yakuwa Allah atakufungulia njia (katika jambo hili)”; basi Abu Baseer

akaondoka na watu hawa wawili.

Walipofika sehemu iitwayo Dhul Halayfa, kulikuwa na msikiti na ilikuwa imewadia wakati wa swala ya Dhuhr. Abu Baseer akaswali raka’ah mbili, alikuwa na tende na akawaita ili wale pamoja. Aliwaambia “njooni mule nami”. Wakaleta mikate na kula kwa pamoja. Huyu jamaa ‘Aamiri alitowa upanga wake – na katika riwaya nyengine inasema alitoa upanga wake na kusema ‘nitautumia upanga huu mchana na usiku juu ya Aws na Khazraj’. Abu Baseer akamuuliza, ‘je ni upanga mzuri?’ akamjibu ‘ni mzuri na nimeshaujaribu’. Abu Baseer akasema, ‘Je naweza uona huo upanga?’ Muda tu upanga ulipoingia mikononi mwa Abu Baseer, Yule jamaa alikufa. Kulingana na riwaya moja. Katika riwaya nyengine, inasema baada ya wale mushri-keen kulala. Mikono ya Abu Baseer yalikuwa yamefungwa na akavuta upanga kwa mdomo, kwa kutumia mdomo alikata kamba na upanga na kumuua huyu jamaa wakutoka al-‘Aamari. Na hizi ndiyo riwaya mbili ya namna alivyomuua al-‘Aamari. Mtu wa pili, kauthar, alipoona hivyo, alikimbia – al-Waaqidi alisema kuwa mpaka mawe yalikuwa yakiruka nyuma yake; kwa namna alivyokimbia - alielekea upande wa madina na Abu-Baseer hakuweza kumpata. Alikimbia ndani ya msikiti na Mtume (sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam) alipomuona akasema “Huyu mtu ameona jambo la kumtishia”. Wakamuuliza, ‘uko na shida gani?’ akajibu ‘mwenzangu ameuliwa na (Abu Baseer) anataka kuniuuwa mimi!’ alikuwa akiwaaomba wam-saidiye, walimueleza atulie na asiwe na wasiwasi. Abu Baseer akaingia huku akishika upanga wake mkononi na kumwambia Mtume (sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam), “Um-etekeleza ahadi yako kwao, na ukanipeana kwao, basi umetekeleza wajibu wako”. Mtume(sallallahu ‘alayhi was-sallam) akasema – na hii (kauli) iko kwa Bukhari na ni Sahihi – “Ole wake, atachochea vita kama tu angekuwa na watu”. Maana ya maneno haya ni kuwa Abu Baseer ana uwezo wa kuanzisha vita kama angekuwa na

watu pamoja naye.

Maneno haya – kulingana na namna alivyoelewa Abu Baseer - ni kuwa Mtume (sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam) atamkabidhi tena(kwa Quraysh) ikiwa atabaki (Madina).

Abu Baseer akaamua kuondoka Madina.Aliondoka kulingana na al-Waaqidi Abu Baseer alimpele-kea Mtume (sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam) mali ya al-‘Aamari ili aweze kugawanya ghanima. Lakini Mtume (sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam) alikataa na akasema “ni kichukua, basi itakuwa nimeenda kinyume na mkataba; ni juu yako utakalofanya na hayo mali”. Mtume (sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam) alikataa kuchukua mali, Abu-Baseer akakusanya yale mali ya al-‘Aamari. Abu-Baseer hakurudi Makka, kwasababu alikuwa amekimbia Makkah na ameua mtu wa Makka. Ni lipi atakalolifanya? Abu Baseer alienda pwani – peke yake – alichobeba ni tende kidogo alizotumia kwa muda wa siku tatu. Al-Waaqidi anasema yakuwa Allah alikuwa akimruzuku na samaki waliokuwa wakituwa pwani. Alikuwa akila kutokana na hao samaki. Subhan ‘Allah, kisa cha Abu Baseer ni cha kushangaza. Mtu aliye pwani peke yake, bila usaidizi na huku akitafutwa na Quraysh, hali ya kuwa yuko katika hali hiyo ya shida na khofu, Allah Alimruzuku na kumfungulia njia! Alimnsuru. Abu Jandal aliposikia hicho kisa, aliondoka Makkah na kumfuata Abu Baseer. Baadaye, waislamu wengine waliokuwa wakiishi chini ya mushrikina na kuamua kuun-gana na Abu Baseer. Na hii ikamfanya Abu Baseer kuwa miongoni mwa waislamu wakwanza kabisa kupigana vita

vya Guerilla.

Watu hawa waliaanza kukusanyika, kulingana na al-Waaqidi “Umar ibn al-khattab aliandika barua nyingi kwa waislamu waliokuwa wakiishi chini ya Mushrikeen, waende wakaungane na Abu Baseer. Katika barua alikuwa akitaja maneno ya Mtume (sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam), ‘Ole wake, atachochea vita kama tu angekuwa na watu’. Kwa ufahamu wa Umar mtume alikuwa akimaanisha watu waungane pamoja na Abu Baseer. Na wakaanza kufanya oparesheni khususi dhidi ya misa-fara ya Quraysh. Khabari za hizi oparesheni zikaenea, na watu kutoka Ghaffar, Juhaynah, Aflam na makabila mengine kuungana nao; vijana

kutoka makabila haya wakaungana mpaka akawa na jeshi la watu 300!

Jeshi la watu 300 likiongozwa na Abu Baseer dhidi ya misa-fara ya Quraysh. Waliposikia kuhusu msafara wa Quraysh unakuja, waliuvamia, kuchukua kila kitu, na kuua kila mtu ndani ya ule msafara. Quraysh walikerwa sana na hali hii. Mtume (sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam) hakufanya lolote; wala hakumkanya Abu Baseer; hakumwambia awache oparesheni zake. Mtume(sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam) aliwajibika kwa yale yanayotokea Madinah na wala sio

yanayotokea pwani;

Na sasa baada yah hii shida ya Abu Baseer, walituma mjumbe kwa Mtume (sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam) – Subhanallah, angalia namna wanavyo mnyenyekea Mtume (sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam) ili wabadilishe masharti ya mkataba, masharti ambayo waliyosisitiza wenyewe! – na wakamuueleza Mtume (sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam) “kwa jina la uhusiano tulonawo, waeleze hawa watu (kina Abu Baseer) wajiunge na nyinyi” .Mtume (sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam) akatuma barua kwa Abu

Baseer kuwaalika warudi MadinaNa kuwaaeleza wale walioungana naye kutoka makabila

ya mabedui warudi kwa watu wao. Barua ilimfikia Abu Baseer katika siku zake za mwisho, akafa huku barua ya

mtume ikiwa kifuani mwake. Allah alimfungulia njia na Abu Jandal akarudi na waislamu waliokuwa naye

Madina, na hii ndio ahadi ya Mtume (sallallahu ‘alayhi wassallam) yakuwa Allah Atamfungulia njia.La kutia maanani ni kuwa musilamu lazima afuate

maamrisho ya Allah ‘Azza wa Jall, na Allah Atam-fungulia Njia

Ifuatayo ni nakala ambayo tumejaribu kwa uwezo wake Allah(S.W) kufanya tarjuma na kutoa maelezo kadhaa ya namna ya kumjua na kujiepusha na majasusi. Hali ilivyo sahii, makafiri wametuzunguka na lakusikitisha ni kuwa wanaanza kutumia majasusi miongoni mwa wanafiki ili kufunga na kuduhuru waislamu.Nakala hii inaelezea baadhi ya alama zinazoweza chipuka wakati utakapokabiliwa na jasusi. Wakati wa sasa ambapo makafiri wa Kenya wanajuwa wazi kuwa wanastahiki kupigwa kichapo, wanafanya juhudi nyingi za kutia majasusi wao ndani ya waislamu. Kama uko na azma ya kufanya operasheni ndani ya Kenya, kama vile vijana kadhaa walivyo fanya hivi majuzi hapa Nairobi, basi ningekupatia nasiha kuwa uchague watu wako kwa vizuri sana na wala usihusishe mtu yeyote ambaye haujawahi onana naye au hujamuona kwa muda. Yaani asije mtu ghafla tu! na kujidai kuwa anataka kufanya operasheni. Vijasusi vya Kenya licha ya kuwa ni vijinga sana , wako na njaa ya pesa tu! Ndio maana utakuta kijasusi kinajishughulisha mwezi mzima ili kupata hela kidogo.

1Jasusi ataanza kwa kujipendekeza kwa watu. Na kujipendekeza huku kunaweza chukua miezi kadhaa. Hii ni muhimu kwake ili aweze kuingiliana na kujuana na yule anaye-taka kumfanyia ujasusi. Mazungumzo yake kwa mara ya kwanza yatakuwa ni ya kawaida, kama vile kutaka nasheed, kutafuta mke au kufanya tarjuma ya mambo ya kidini na kadhalika. Hili ni muhimu kwa jasusi, kwa sababu ni lazima mwanzo ajaribu kufanya urafiki na kutaka kuaminiwa. Kwasa-babu atakapotaka kujiweka wazi kuhusu msimamo wake wa Jihad, itakuwa ni rahisi kushukiwa. Na jasusi anaweza keti nawe kwa miezi mingi hata kabla ya kutaja neon jihad, na atakapoanza kuzungumzia jihad basi ataanza kwa upole wala sio kasi…kwa mfano anaeza uliza “je umeipenda video mpya ya Kataaib?” au “ni nasheed gani unayoipenda?”

2Mambo kadhaa yatachipuka kwa hali ya uongo. Hali hii itajitokeza pale anapobadilisha maneno, na atakuwa na bidii ya kujisahihisha pale utakapomueleza. Kwa mfano, jasusi anaweza sema kuwa yeye ni mwanafunzi wa college. Lakini ukagunduwa kuwa anaonekana kwa ‘cyber café’ au msikitini ndani ya wakati wa college. Ukimueleza “ nilidhani unafaa kuwa college saa hii” atabadilisha maneno na kutoa visababu, kama vile “nafanya masomo online” au “naenda college nyakati za jioni”. Ni lazima uwe muangalifu hasa kwa mambo madogo anayokuelezea, kama vile anapozungumzia kuhusu familiya yake, kazi, au kujua jambo Fulani. Ni vizuri uwe muan-galifu ili upate kujua kama maneno yake yana uwongo…na utakapogundua kuwa anaongea uwongo basi jitahadhari huenda ikawa kila anachokisema kikawa uwongo.

3Mambo mengine lazima uwe muangalifu nayo katika maneno yake. Kwa mfano jasusi ataanza kujigamba kuwa ni miongoni mwa Kundi Fulani la Mujahidin, au ana wasiliana na Muja-hideen au mashekhe Fulani au ameweza kukutana na viongozi wa mujahidin. Yeyote anaye sema maneno haya atakuwa imma ni muongo au ni mjinga sana ikija katika maswala ya usalama wake khasa na wa mujahidin kwa jumla.

4Ili apate kuonekana kuwa anaishi maisha ya kawaida, jasusi atakuwa akijidai kuwa ako na shughuli, Na wao sana hutumia sababu za kushughulika na masomo au kazi wala sio ugonjwa…hii ni kwasaababu hataki kujulikana kuwa ana udhaifu wowote wa kuweza kufanya jihad. (na nukta hii haipewi kipao mbele, kwani hata watu wa kawaida huwa na sifa hii. Jambo muhimu ni kupima sifa hii kwa mizani ya sifa zenginezo)

5Majasusi watafanya bidii wamfanye mlengwa azungumze kuhusu jambo maalum, kwa mfano utakaposema kuwa unata-mani Jihad, basi wao watakuuliza… “unamaanisha Jihad ya upang?”. Utakapowaeleza kuwa unajua namna ya kutumia silaha , basi watataka utaje silaha maalum unayoijua. Ni muhimu mtu awe na tahadhari kwa maneno atakayozun-gumza mbele za watu, na bora zaidi ni kunyamaza. Sababu ya majasusi kutaka uwe wazi juu ya jambo fulani, sio kuwa hawa-jui kuhusu hilo jambo, bali utakaposhikwa watatumia hayo maneno kama ushahidi kotini. Ndio maana utakapo kuwa kimya au kutomwambia maelezo mengi kuhusu jambo kuna uwezekano kuwa hawatakuwa na ushahidi wa kukushika.

6Kawaida ya jasusi ni kuwa hatokukemea hata kama atakuona na makosa. Kwa mfano jasusi hatokukemea atakapokuona unavuta sigara au kusikiliza muziki au kuweka picha ndani ya nyumba – na ikizidi watasema kuwa hata wao wanafanya mambo haya. Ni nadra kumuona jasusi akikukemea au kutokubaliana na wewe illa pale atakapokuona kuwa umeji-weka kando na mambo ya jihad.

7Hebu jiulize, ni kwa nini huyu mtu anakuamini? Katika dunia ambayo mtu yeyote anaweza kuwa jasusi, ni kwa nini huyu mtu anakuamini? Na ni kwa nini anajiita mujahid, na kisha kujitangaza kwa mtu ambaye ameonana naye mara moja tu msikitini? Na ni kwa nini wanakuambia kuwa wanataka kufanya oparesheni za jihad au hijra? Ni huzuni kuwa hatuwezi fungua nyoyo za watu na kumjua nani ni mkweli na nani ni mnafiki. Lakini lazima ufikirie na ujiulize, ni kwa nini huyu mtu uliokutana naye mara moja tu akuamini wewe na wala sio mtu mwengine?

8Na sasa julize, kama hawa watu wanakuamini, ni kwa nini wanakuhitaji? Kama wanataka ufanye hijra pamoja nao, jiulize ni kwa nini hawaendi peke yao au na mtu mwengine? Na kama wanataka mtu afanye oparesheni, ni kwa nini wanakuchagua wewe?Haya ni baadhi ya maswali ambayo lazima kila mmoja ajiulize, kwa sababu haiingiliki akilini pale mtu usiomjua na umeku-tana naye kwa mara ya kwanza anaanza kukuambia uungane naye ili ufanye oparesheni?Kwasababu:Kama huyu mtu aliyekutokea tu, anasema yeye yuko tayari kujitolea muhanga…basi ni kwa nini akuhitaji wewe?Na kwa nini wasihitaji watu kumi zaidi au watake kupunguza mmoja?Kwa nini wanakuambia wewe uwape mafunzo ili hali wao wanasema kuwa wanajua namna ya kutumia silaha?Na kama hawa watu washapanga mipango ya oparesheni, ni kwanini wanakuamini wewe, mtu ambaya wamemkuta kwa siku moja tu awasaidie?

Haya ni miongoni ma maswali muhimu lazima ujiulize

9Na mwisho, utakapo hakikisha kuwa mtu Fulani ni jasusi, basi kuna mambo kadhaa muhimu uyatekeleze. Ni lazima ukate uhusiano wowote na jasusi huyo. Lakini kabla ya hivyo ni vizuri umjulishe kuwa umewachana na manhaj ya Jihad. Ni utafanya hivyo kama utahakikisha kuwa yeye ni jasusi. Unaweza muondokea bila kumjulisha au unaweza mpatia sababu yeyote ya kumuondokea, ni vizuri ubadilishe e-mail/ simu … . jambo muhimu ni kuwa usiwache jasusi huyu ajue kuwa umemshuku, kwasababu watakapojua kuwa unawadan-ganya wataendelea kukuchunguza. Na mwishowe itakuwa bora kama utatahadharisha watu na jasusi huyo.

10Yote yamezungumzwa lakini la muhimu ni kumtegemea Allah(S.W) ili akuhifadhi na vitimbi vya makafiri na munafiqin.

Milisha wa KDF walipoamua kuvamia Somalia walidhani uvamizi wao utaenda bila wasiwasi au balaa zozote. ChiriChiri na Oguna wake wamekuwa wakiwapamba raia wa Kenya eti kuwa Milisha wao wana fanya kazi. Kwa hakika, tangu Milisha hawa waingie Somalia hawajawahi vuka zaidi ya Qoqani, na hio ndio sehemu ya kwanza waliofika walipoanza uvamizi wao. Na la kushangaza na kufurahisha ni kuwa, Mujahidin wameweza watandika KDF ndani Diff, El-Wak,Qoqani,Dhobley na sehemu zenginezo. Kulingana na video mpya kutoka kwa Harakatu Shabaab Mujahidin, inaonyesha habusu wa vita kwa jina la Mulle, Yesse Edward, ambaye alikuwa DO, Burdei. Mulle, ambaye sio mfun-gwa pekee aliyetiwa mbaroni, anaonekana akielezea hali yake tangu akamatwe na kunyenyekea serikali ya Kenya iondoe milisha wake Somalia. Lakini Kenya kama kawaida yake iliamua kudharau ombi hilo na kujitia kichwa kigumu. La kufurahisha ni kuwa, video ilitoka masiku machache baada ya Oguna kudanganya watu eti wako na ‘intelli-gence’ ya pale walipowekwa wafungwa hao, kwa kujidai kana kwamba wanajua wanachokisema.

Sheria kuhusiana na wafungwaKuna shubuhati na kutofahamiana tunapozungumzia kuhusiana na hawa wafungwa wa vita walioshikwa na Harakatu Shabaab Mujahidin, miongoni mwa watu wanasema ya kuwa hawa ni raia na wafanyikazi tu! wala sio milisha kama wenzao wa KDF. Imagine the future, uncer-tain it might seem, but interesting enough to at least predict a change in the political, economical or even the geographic spectrum of the region. It was expected that Ethiopian crusaders will invade Somalia (it’s been like a hobby for them), the Ugandans and Burundians…well we can say these guys are doing it for economical reasons, they go to Somalia mainly because their governments do not cater for their financial needs. We can also argue that the Kenyans invaded Somalia, with their famous American flavoured jingle ‘OPERATION LINDA NCHI’ , to create a buffer zone for their own security. Whatever the reason, a critical question arises? “WHO IS BENEFFITING FROM THIS INVASION?” Is it the Kenyan government along with their civilians

who support them? Or the mujahedeen?

I might argue this question by mentioning the govern-ment tycoons or may be even the Zionist with their American partners (although they generally ‘benefit’ from any crusade adventure against Muslims), as for me the feeling we got the moment KDF entered into Somalia is that of opportunity, an opportunity to fight jihad inside Kenya. Some might be surprised, espe-cially fellow Muslims, but most people look at this issue in a narrow perspective – a shallow analysis of fast immature events taking place. What more would a Mujahid want , if it isn’t the opportunity to partici-pate in jihad – currently Kenya isn’t only concerned about mujahideen in Somalia , but the ever growing number of those who are still inside Kenya. These are the people who have been given an opportunity to Adventure their jihad back home, they were those

who were once mentioned as ‘moderate Muslims’ but are now more determined to defend their fundamen-tals. Moreover the Kenyan public , with their biased media, is overwhelmingly supportive of KDF’s invasion,

a clear manifestation of hatred towards Muslims. During the initial days of the invasion, I called one Kenyan Mujahid brother in Somalia, asking him about the invasion – I was surprised when he laughed, when asked why, he answered “At least we won’t have to go far to kill them,

alhamdulillah they finally came to us…”.

The mujahedeen are to benefit from this invasion, In a way that it has created for them an opportunity – especially when we talk of the new generation of mujahedeen those who leave among the Kenyans, laying low just waiting for an opportunity to quench their thirst. As sheykh Osama said ‘…America or those living in America shall not taste security, until we feel secure in Palestine, and until we feel secure in our Muslim lands…’ and to Kenya we say the same “Secu-rity shall only remain to be a dream among Kenyans ”

be there even if it takes forever. The point is that Kenya has started the game-and we

already know the victors.

The silly and childish propaganda played by KDF Militias is evident to all, not only

that but their atrocities and bombing of Muslims in Somalia won’t go unno-ticed “As you kill us you will be killed, and as you bomb us you will be bombed”, Our brothers in Haraku Shabaab Mujahideen have taught the crusaders in Mogadishu, belad-weyn and in the frontlines of Juba a lesson in guerrilla warfare, sending them waves of martyrdom opera-tions and ambushes that have killed many of them. The bombing of children, women and the elderly in jilib by KDF militia jets won’t go unnoticed it is a matter of leveling

the scales – as you bomb we will bomb, We don’t differentiate between civilians and combatants…it is either combatants or non-

combatants, and Kenya has made its choice.the recent attacks in Nairobi are a result of

your actions, so wait for more...

We the Muslim youth in Kenya will work and fully corporate with any Islamic organization that upholds the correct aqeedah, to fight the continuing aggression and crusade against muslims specifically in East Africa. As one had put it “today hundreds of young Kenyan jihad-ist will raise the flag of Islam as part of East Africa's struggle towards maintaining JIHAD....” , AQEA (Al-Qaeda in East Africa) is a blessing that many have been waiting for and we hope to be part of this struggle in the global

front against the crusaders.

Looking back at 1998 embassy bombings, one might reflect on the magnitude of what is yet to come.
