This lab analysis is a document from the American Shea Butter Institute analyzing the unrefined shea butter produced from the cooperative Shea Butter Village. It was issued on April 23rd 2009 for the company Solidity Trade, which has chosen the institute as a long term partner to test the consistency of the quality of the unrefined shea butter produced by the cooperative.
