Easy to operate

There is a single button to use to switch on the various modes this headlamp offers. Just pressing it cycles between the 'floodlight' and 'spotlight' settings. The image description mentions "Brightness adjusting with just one finger tap" but this is a bit misleading as you have to hold down the button for several seconds to adjust brightness while the light slowly dims. I prefer how other flashlights work by just pressing the buttons multiple times in succession

The floodlight mode

The floodlight mode is very dim and weak outside, but good if you are working on something with your hands inside where there is little light. The spotlight mode isn't always practical inside as it gives you an overexposed bright dot in the center of your sight, but is nice outdoors. I like how solid the clip that allows you to adjust the angle of the light. One thing that would have been nice to allow is the ability to have the floodlight and spotlight on at the same time so you could have a brighter light without overexposing the center of your vision.

Red light mode

One thing that I personally like about this light is that when you have it in the red light mode, it stays in the red light mode. This is a great victory for night time users; other multi-lights require you to cycle through the white light settings if you turn off your red light.
