The Sole E35 Elliptical Trainer: My Review The Sole E35 Elliptical Trainer is the perfect solution for an at home cardio workout that is low impact so that you can lose or maintain your weight without causing the strain on your body that running does. As you know, good health can be maintained with a regular moderate workout for about 15 minutes 3 to 7 times per week. The best way to get this is by having exercise equipment right in your home. The Sole E35 is perfect for this because of the affordable price and the many great features. The Sole E35 comes with a chest strap heart monitor which is very accurate. You can also plug in your MP3 player right into the console and play it from the speakers. There are a number of different exercise programs that you can choose from or you can customize your own program as well. Who Would Buy This: The Sole E35 Elliptical Trainer is perfect for anyone who wants to get a good full body or cardio workout at home. It is a great way to loose weight, tone up, or maintain good health. Things I liked about the Sole E35: The Sole E35 Elliptical runs very smoothly compared to other similarly priced models. The flywheel is hidden within the casing of the unit and is heavy enough to ensure smooth operation, even at higher resistance levels. The frame is also very sturdy. It will not shake or rattle when it is being used. The machine also operates very quietly so if if you get up early to get your exercise in you don’t need to worry about waking anyone up. This was a constant concern for me when I used to run on a treadmill at home, even though it was down in the basement. All in all, the construction of this elliptical machine is superb compared to others at similar prices. In fact, it is almost as well built as some professional ellipticals found in gyms.

The Sole E35 Elliptical Trainer: My Review

The Sole E35 Elliptical Trainer is the perfect solution for an at home cardio workout that is low impact so that you can lose or maintain your weight without causing the strain on your body that running does. As you know, good health can be maintained with a regular moderate workout for about 15 minutes 3 to 7 times per week. The best way to get this is by having exercise

equipment right in your home.

Who Would Buy This:The Sole E35 Elliptical Trainer is perfect for anyone who wants to get a good full body or cardio workout at home. It is a great way to loose weight, tone up, or maintain good health.

Things I liked about the Sole E35:The Sole E35 Elliptical runs very smoothly compared to other similarly priced models.

The installation of the machine is also fairly simple even if the parts are a bit heavy. The instructions are easy to follow as well. I’ve read some Sole E35 reviews online that have different points of view on this though.

Things I did not like about the Sole E35:As I mentioned above, the parts for the Sole E35 are a bit heavy and may be difficult for some people to manage, especially if you don’t have someone to help you with it. I also mentioned that some people think the installation is not that easy, but I think that as long as you follow the instructions it shouldn’t be that difficult. A few people didn’t like the sound quality of the speakers for playing MP3s or music on an Ipod, but if you have trouble with this you can always use headphones or another device that plays these, such as the radios that have Ipod docks. Most of us have these types of things anyway so this isn’t a concern for most people. The heart rate monitor built into the bars is not going to be very accurate while you are in motion. This is true of almost any exercise equipment, including the treadmills and ellipticals found at the gym because your movement will throw off the sensors. These are really designed to be used while you are at rest I think. This really isn’t a big deal though because the Sole E35 comes with a chest strap that is 99.9% accurate, according to the manufacturer. The fan is not going to do anything to help you stay cool. It’s probably some kind of marketing gimmick. It might be a good idea to get your own fan to place near the E35 if you don’t already have one. If the room is already well ventilated this might not be an issue for you at all. Find out more: Sole E35 Reviews
