2-2- Delivery Terms

- Delivery time is one month after effective date of purchase contract/order. The goods are

ready to ship to any Iranian port as nominated by the client in CFR term defined in

INCOTERMS 2010 edition.

7- Exclusions

The following items are specifically excluded from this proposal:

- Anything not specifically listed in this proposal

- All civil work, foundations, foundation design, foundation bolts, grout and grouting.

- Any kind of anchor bolts and sole plates

- Fuel gas piping, equipment and field instrumentation.

- Vent lines from skid limit to safe area.

- Instrument air, water and auxiliary steam piping beyond offered scope of supply.

- Noise attenuation equipment (except for gas turbine and gearbox).

- 11 KV Electrical switch gear.

- Nitrogen generator.

- Commonly available hand tools.

- Lifting gear or spreader beams.

- Cleaning material and industrial consumables and first filling of oil.

- Supply of installation scaffolding, transport ropes for installation.

- Workshop drawings of turbine generator and accessories.

- Erection and commissioning.

- String testing (full-load and/or no-load)

- Sea fastening steel work and temporary transportation steelwork etc.

9- Payment terms

The payment terms for 3 units of SOLAR MARS 100 Gas Turbine Generator Package, complete

as listed in Scope of Supply; (term of delivery CFR CLIENT defined port based on Incoterms

2010) is by 100% sight, Irrevocable, transferable L/C.

The advance payment of 25% of the total amount of the PO must be paid through this LC, and

the remain amount (75% of the total) on presenting CFR delivery documents.

Letter of credit by above mentioned conditions must be opened by maximum 15 days from the

commencement date of Purchase Contract/Order.
