DescriptionSoHo Electric Fan-Powered Linear Terminal is designed to create an efficient and simple solution to meet perimeter heating needs, in a variety of residential and commercial applications. The unit is ETL listed, fully certified to UL standards.

The low profile terminal housing is 20 gauge (1mm) galvanized steel, pre-painted black. It is designed primarily for low-height raised access floor and perimeter trench installation. Multiple mounting options are available; the trough can be suspended from raised access floor tiles via support flanges, or it can be set directly on a floor (or subfloor) on threaded adjustable leveling legs.

The sheathed-type electric heater is available as 0.5–2.0kW standard (dependant on unit length), with additional custom sizes available (specify on order). A single-point electrical power connection and unit-mounted disconnect are included.

Air flow is provided by 24VDC variable speed ECM cross-flow fans. Fan sizes and configurations are based on the length of the terminal / heater. Electrical supply can be 24VAC Plug & Play or 120/208/240/277V.

The linear grille is available as extruded aluminum or stainless steel, in a variety of sizes and configurations. Ten (10) standard colors are available; custom colors and finishes can be provided to match architectural design (specify on order).

SoHo fan-powered linear terminals utilize cross-flow fans to recirculate and condition air within a space.

IMPORTANT: It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by the manufacturer that each zone be checked for faulty or improper wiring DURING INSTAL-LATION. Each zone should be tested thoroug-ly for full connectivity before proceeding with installation of the next zone. The manufac-turer cannot be responsible for any improper installation as a result of failure to follow this procedure as recommended.

Remote Temperature Sensor Recommended Installation:48" install height above the floor, minimum 24" away from SoHo heater in a location not likely to be blocked by obstructions.
