PROJECT NAME : PROVISION OF DESIGN & BUILD SERVICES FOR SABAH OIL & GAD TERMINAL (SOGT) ELEVATED ACCESS ROAD FOR PETRONAS CARIGALI SDN. BHD.

PROJECT SCOPE : MAIN SECURITY BUILDING (MSB) & VISITOR TOILET (VT)

DATE : 7 OCTOBER 2015 (Wednesday)

TIME : 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

INTRODUCTION

The objective of this site visit is to check and confirm the type of Architectural finishes on the existing Administartion Building and exisiting Security Building (External & Internal). Observation & study of space/area usage has been take into a consideration of the new design of Main Security Building (MSB) and Visitor Toilet (VT).

OVERALL DESIGN

In general, Architectural Image of the existing Administration Building and Security Building is Modern Architecture. External finishes mostly are using Mild Steel, brickwalls with plaster bothsides, glass panels and metal decking for the roof. Internal finishes mostly are using floor & wall tiles, painting works and glass panels.

CONCLUSION

We will incoorporate almost all of the existing Architectural finishes into our new building design as requested by Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd. Some elements may follow the standards of PETRONAS Technical Standard (PTS) and Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) and other relevant recognised standards as stated in the Design Brief.
