Its not important to eliminate risks they can also be tamed or mitigated

You just need to find a trade-off between the cost of eliminatinga risk and the financial benefit of doing so (yes, our favorite

term, cost-benefit analysis) Risk responses are not a part of the Risk management Plan

they are stored, tracked and verified (hopefully not needed) viathe Risk Register

As and when risks are identified and countered, Project

Plan has to be updated as well Force majeure, i.e., natural disasters do not require Project

Management

they need immediate attention at the organization level
