Results

The feedback from customer that higher spring force means better test yield and the pins are simple and easy to maintain. But some sort of sharp cleaning tool is required to help removing debris from the pins as well as the pin slots.
As per customer feedback, the Dyno contact last ~ 150K insertions with the old socket design.

Customer was struggling for the QFNs testing as devices are mostly NiPdAu plated. Spring probe solution never surpassed the life cycle of greater than 100K insertions.

Customer currently reached 500,0000 cycle, Yield starting to drop so they will probably replace the contact.
