Consulting Proposal This is a general breakdown of services offered by Social Marketing Interactive, Leah Antonoff, partners, and employees. Please keep in mind many employees you may be working with might be college undergraduate/graduate students or recent graduates. If Leah or management team cannot complete all necessary tasks, college students from Indiana University or Georgia Institute of Technology will complete work based on your needs. Enlisting students helps keep your prices low & allows students to get hands-on, real world experience.

Leah and management team will monitor all student work and will thoroughly check everything prior to sending to client or releasing to public. Most students work on background research and coding. Leah, partners, and management will complete all higher level work or any work a client requests to not be completed by students. Clients may request direct contact with employees or partners working on their projects or all communication can be completed by Leah alone based on client’s time and need.

Level of Expertise Price Factor Are looking for new social media or email campaigns, redesign of existing campaigns, help with your search engine optimization efforts, or a manager for your entire marketing efforts? Are you looking to launch a new internet business and need a consultant to help walk you through the logistics of starting a successful business? Do you need a coach to teach you and your employees how to manage their individual online presence to create a cohesive company brand image?

These all require different levels of expertise and factor into the hourly or project rate you will pay. If a student can complete the bulk of the work, your rate will be lower than if a professional needs to complete all pieces for you. Any new materials from scratch will cost more and take longer to complete than a redesign of existing product.

Timeliness Work Needs To Be Completed Do you need finished projects turned around quickly or do you have time for a flexible schedule? Expect to pay an additional fee if you need a quick turnaround.

Length/Size of Contract Larger projects usually come at a discount, as does a relationship that is going to be longer term. Campaign creation, management, and content marketing in one long term contract will add up to be cheaper than contracting each piece individually.

Rates & Fees Please keep in mind, all rates and fees are estimates. If price increases are expected, you will receive notification prior to any extensions. As we tailor every contract to the individual client, we ensure you get exactly what you need – nothing more, nothing less. If we are getting close to your budget limits, please let us know. Content Marketing Consulting Writing fee varies based on length of post 1000+ words are recommended for Search Engine Optimization Recommended 1-4 posts per month based on need

Website Design & Management Website design is offshored for best rates, but local developers are available Management includes but not limited to adding content, images, social media, etc.
