The Dashboard

Making your way around Knackmap.

The Knackmap dashboard has been designed for easy navigation.

When you first login, you’ll see this screen which shows you upcoming posts, recent posts, recent searches and your connected profiles.

Along the side are the key areas of Knackmap. If you hover over each icon it will tell you what it’s for.

Your profile sits at the bottom of the page which you can always use to find your profile settings, organisation structure and other account details.

The little blue box in the bottom right is on every page and is your fastest way to reach us! knackmap

Social Media Planning

Social Media Planning made for the business process.

When you click through to the plan area, you’ll be taken straight to the content calendar page. You’ll be able to filter your calendar by profile and profile groups, as well as between live and draft calendars.

The actions drop down gives you the ability to create draft posts, create groups, send posts for approval and more!

If you click on a day in the calendar, you’ll see the post previews show up on the right hand side.

In the top right hand corner, you have a link to approvals, which shows you any posts you need to approve.

Ideas

Collate ideas in your team or with external parties to create great content.

In Ideas, you’ll find what we call the “Content Vault”. It’s a collation of all of your ideas that you have for your business or clients.

You’ll see above the ideas a row of categories - you can add more with the plus button.

To add an idea, click on the “+ Add New Idea” button. In other areas, like discover and monitor, you’ll also see opportunity to easily add content to your ideas.

Simply click on the blue circle button under the picture of each idea to edit or publish!

Social Media Publishing

Publish and Schedule posts easily to Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and Instagram.

Step 1: Add a GIF, Video or Image.

Step 2: Add some text and a link.

Step 3: Choose the accounts you want to post to.

Step 4: Choose a time.

Step 5: Preview your posts before they go out. Simply click on the profile pictures in that area to view. From here, you can customise text for each profile!

Step 6: Press Schedule Now!
