– fake and spam are10-15% of profiles
– Fan pages and brands separately
• Twi has 200mln+ accounts
– fake and spam are 50+% of accounts
=> People unfollow and unlike this!

HR late adopters – what to do?
• Be closer to people – create informal accounts
• Start by watching them, follow them, like them
• Which networks? Most used by people!
Twi – Step1: let’s start
• Create informal corporate account
• Make sure you have contacts, description and some content
• Add it to B-cards,
signature
• Attend and twi
EVENTS!
Twi – Step2: let’s use it!
• Do not massfollow people
• Do not write (a lot of) formal corporate stuff
• Be useful - Check out relevant # and answer ?s
• Ask Twi accounts from all you have for interview!
Twi – Step3: expand!
• Write funny/useful stuff – get RTs!
• Mention => get mentioned

Twi – Step4: devirtualize with followers!
• Arrange an event, promote it in Twi
Twi – Step5: Sex, Drugs & Rock’n’Roll
• Be careful, limits exist
• Whenever you fail –
fix this with

• Be creative, do not post JOBS!

+ Subscription to profiles exists!
=> You CAN recruit and retain!

• Add those you know/interview
• Share albums, tag those you know
• Post unique pictures (e.g. from events)
– have people tag themselves!

More SM in use:
• Blog ( post vacancies, stories, announces, reports, articles etc.)
• RSS /G-read (collect candidate’s blogs etc.)
• YouTube (post funny videos, interviews, events reports, office videos, make it alive!)
• LinkedIn a alumni group for EX-employees – keep an eye and rehire!
