Analytics• Analytics give you insight• Built-in analytics are very useful• Engagement Rate

• Clicks + likes + RTs + replies + follows / impressions = engagement rate

• A “good” engagement rate is somewhere between 0.005 and 0.01 (0.5% and 1%) per tweet (according to Dasheroo)

• This is also true for other platforms like Facebook• Take a look at your analytics - just aim to increase the

numbers, not hit a certain target

per hour• Best times to tweet - sometime
