PHASE 1: principal conclusions

Not only training, but rather a larger accompaniment for company tutors.Need of permanent & well structured supporting system for them.Tutorship = necessary long term investment for the company development.Necessity of the communication plans towards company tutors.

PHASE 2: analysis of the perception of the tutoring function

National extensive surveys conducted among a representative sample of company owners, tutors, training centres trainers & learners.

Transnational consolidation permitting to identify perceptions & working conditions of the company tutors.

Ideas to reinforce the company tutoring

The company tutoring needs its own identity and must be supported by the company manager, external structures & professional organisations.

The company tutor must have access to a global supporting system.

Training initiatives must be differenciated in order to take into account needs of different tutor categories.

Tutors contribute to improve

a global company performance.
