Livestock production inched up by 1.10 percent. The subsector shared 16.07 percent in the total agricultural production. The poultry subsector posted a 4.53 percent increase in output. It accounted for 14.27 percent of the total agricultural production in 2012. Chicken was the main source of growth with its 4.61 percent output increment.
