ITINERARYOne of the traditional European soccer powers, Italy has won four World Cups. Italy?s domestic league, Serie A, boastssome of the best talent in the world. Juventus, AC Milan, Internazionale Milan and A.S. Roma are just a few of the clubsthat make Serie A competitive in European competition. The Italian way of soccer is known for its disciplined defendingand passionate support.

DAY 1 Sunday, 09 April 2017Relax and enjoy our scheduled flight from Washington.

DAY 2 Monday, 10 April 2017Our 24-hour Tour Director will meet us at the airport and remain with us until our final airportdeparture.We will have use of a private coach and driver, while touring for the next seven days.Verona is a vibrant city that has grown to be one of the most prosperous in northern Italy.Despite its magnificent Roman center and unique palazzi, the town is still primarily known asthe setting of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet.The Verona area will be our base for the next seven nights. While here, we will enjoybreakfast and dinner at the hotel.We begin with a welcome meeting and orientation. Afterwards, enjoy free time to unpack andexplore the area around the hotel.This evening we will participate in a Training Session at a local field. The training session willbe led by your own coaching staff and are designed to prepare the team for upcomingfriendly matches. (Training sessions may be in the morning, afternoon or evening and will bedetermined by the final hotel location, field availability, and the schedule of activities for theday).

DAY 3 Tuesday, 11 April 2017This morning we will participate in a Training Session at a local field. The training session willbe led by your own coaching staff and are designed to prepare the team for upcomingfriendly matches. (Training sessions may be in the morning, afternoon or evening and will bedetermined by the final hotel location, field availability, and the schedule of activities for theday).This afternoon enjoy a guided Walking Tour, highlighting the city’s most important landmarksand monuments, including the Casa di Giulietta, where we will see the balcony rumored to bethat of Juliet, from Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. Also along our walk we will view thepicturesque Erbe and Lord’s Squares, the Tombs of the Scaligers, Castelvecchio, andScaligers Bridge.This evening we will play our first Friendly Match against a local club or school team. Theteam will meet and compete against athletes of similar ages and skill levels, and have theopportunity to make friends for life. (The teams you will play will be selected after time ofbooking and will be based on the specific skill level and requirements of your team. We havecontacts at every level and take great pride in finding the perfect fit for each friendly match).

DAY 4 Wednesday, 12 April 2017This morning we transfer to Venice.Venice is one of the few cities in the world that can truly be described as unique. It wasknown as the gateway to the Orient, and during the Middle Ages became one of the mostpowerful city-states in the Mediterranean. Built on a series of islands connected by bridgesand canals, Venice has survived all odds to become the intriguing and iconic city it is today.The vaporetto is Venice's version of public transport, as no cars are allowed in this city on thewater. While in Venice, we will each have a vaporetto pass for transportation andsightseeing.Stroll through the Piazza San Marco which is the largest square in the city and has been thelocation of important government buildings for centuries such as the Doge?s Palace. Thecenterpiece of the piazza is the elaborate St. Mark?s Basilica which is a beautiful church thatmixes western and eastern architectural styles.We will have some free time for shopping exploring Venice on our own.This evening we will participate in a Training Session at a local field. The training session willbe led by your own coaching staff and are designed to prepare the team for upcomingfriendly matches. (Training sessions may be in the morning, afternoon or evening and will bedetermined by the final hotel location, field availability, and the schedule of activities for theday).

DAY 5 Thursday, 13 April 2017This morning we will participate in a Training Session at a local field. The training session willbe led by your own coaching staff and are designed to prepare the team for upcomingfriendly matches. (Training sessions may be in the morning, afternoon or evening and will bedetermined by the final hotel location, field availability, and the schedule of activities for theday).This afternoon enjoy a visit to a professional soccer team practice of Verona or Chievo.(dependent upon schedule)This evening we will play our second Friendly Match against a local club or school team. Theteam will meet and compete against athletes of similar ages and skill levels, and have theopportunity to make friends for life. (The teams you will play will be selected after time ofbooking and will be based on the specific skill level and requirements of your team. We havecontacts at every level and take great pride in finding the perfect fit for each friendly match).

DAY 6 Friday, 14 April 2017This morning we will participate in a Training Session at a local field. The training session willbe led by your own coaching staff and are designed to prepare the team for upcomingfriendly matches. (Training sessions may be in the morning, afternoon or evening and will bedetermined by the final hotel location, field availability, and the schedule of activities for theday).After our practice session we will depart for Sirmione. Enjoy free time for sightseeing on ourown. The main historical landmark of Sirmione is the so-called Grottoes of Catullus, the moststriking example of a Roman private edifice discovered in northern Italy. The town is alsofamous for its thermal springs.Our evening will be free for social activities.

DAY 7 Saturday, 15 April 2017We begin our day with some free time or last minute shopping and exploration near our hotel.This afternoon we will play our third Friendly Match against a local club or school team. Theteam will meet and compete against athletes of similar ages and skill levels, and have theopportunity to make friends for life. (The teams you will play will be selected after time ofbooking and will be based on the specific skill level and requirements of your team. We havecontacts at every level and take great pride in finding the perfect fit for each friendly match).

DAY 9 Monday, 17 April 2017Our rewarding and enjoyable tour comes to an end as our Tour Director accompanies us tothe airport on our final day.
