SOAPer™ Work Flow

SOAPer lets busy practices effectively document daily patient visits.

Effective For The Doctor: The DC can quickly and systematically record daily SOAP notes.

Efficient For The Staff: Staff quickly learns to enter TravelCard data into the corresponding SOAPer program. Entry takes about one minute per day transcribed.

Notes are transcribed only when requested.

Economical For The Practice: SOAPer is logically arranged so staff can easily enter billing information based on the doctor's notes.

SOAPer runs on any Windows PC and requires no other hardware, Palm pilots, extra batteries or scanners.

TravelCards are printed on plain paper.

When notes are requested …(i.e insurance company, atty, etc) An assistant uses the SOAPer computer

program to transcribe the TravelCard notes by clicking the boxes corresponding to the TravelCard.


Staff simply enters information from SOAPer travelcard into corresponding

boxes in SOAPer program.

Handwritten notes are easily typed into the S,O,A or P section


SOAPer program generates text, including typed in findings. Additional custom clinical phrases can be added to final report.


The TravelCard also can serve as a FeeSlip.

Remember: Notes are transcribed only as necessary, but any (or all) notes are easily transcribed
