PUBLIC NOTICES ADOPTED AMENDMENTS TO THE HILLS DEVELOPMENT CONTROL PLAN (DCP) 2012 – BUSINESS SECTION Council resolved at its meeting of 9 December 2014 to adopt amendments to DCP 2012 Part B Section 6 – Business, relating to land at 11–13 Solent Circuit, Baulkham Hills (Sydney Ice Arena). The amendments specify controls to guide any future mixed-use redevelopment of the land.

The amendments were prepared in conjunction with a planning proposal to in part, increase the building height and floor space ratio applicable to this land. The planning proposal was notified in the NSW Government Gazette on Friday, 20 November 2015.

The amendments to the DCP will come into force on the date of publication of this notice.
