Oshawa and beyond!

Oshawa and beyond!SNT's new approach is on the verge of delivering its 'proof of concept' with the Women'sDutch National Team (WDNT) Development Program sending the WDNT to the WorldChampionships in Oshawa in a financially sustainable manner. We have just started up ourfirst steps to follow through this proof of concept for the Men's DNT, setting up the MDNTDevelopment Program and starting looking at the World Championships in 2014 in Denver,USA.

The three things that lay at the very core of this success:

1. We have stopped tearing things down as individuals and started building as a group2. We have stopped thinking short term and started thinking long term3. We have stopped thinking in projects and started thinking in programs

The 6th of July, our Ladies and their coaching staff plus a group of supporters will travel toOshawa, Canada for a life changing experience!

We have almost closed the gap to our 'top line' budget:Please, wll you help us with the last bits and pieces?

When the Ladies have returned from their tournament and their summer break, we willhave a grand evaluation session of this particular initiative and its ramp up but moreimportantly: the next WDNT Development Program trainings are being scheduled by ahighly motivated coaching staff!
