Nutrition family assistance grants in lieu of SNAP are provided to Puerto Rico ($2,000.6 million in FY 2009 and FY 2010), the Northern Marianas ($12.1 million in FY 2009 and FY 2010), and American Samoa ($8.0 million in FY 2009 and FY 2010).
