Heid Music is here to help put the FUN in fundraising for your music program. As Heid Music raises

awareness throughout the month of March to the importance of music in our schools, your music

program can maximize on our efforts by participating in two ways.

1. Music Matters Initiative -

Heid Music pledges to match up to $10,000 of individual donations made during the month of March to

local school music programs. All participants can give their gift easily by stopping in at any Heid Music

location OR donating online at www.HeidMusic.com/Music-Matters-Donation and specifying their

preferred school district. Heid Music will collect all funds donated

to your district music program throughout the month of

March and match up to $500 per district of donations.

2. Big 10 + Contest –

Thirty two generous prizes from our sponsors await the results of this year’s contest. Your music

program could be a lucky winner! All you have to do is snap a photo of your music program that

represents why music education is important to you. Submit your photo at

www.HeidMusic.com/Big10Plus. Anyone can enter one photo a day throughout the month of March!

Directors, teachers, principals & administrators, parents, students, family

members and community members are called to post a picture on their

program’s behalf. Cumulative votes from individual submissions

representing a music program will be tallied into one total at the end of the

month. The top vote-getting music program will be privileged with first pick

of the prize pool, second place will receive second pick and so on.

Share your photo submissions on social media to encourage voting for your

music program’s entries! Use hashtags #MusicInOurSchools and #Big10Plus in your caption, and
